For each sample, the weight percentage of anatase in TiO2 was calculated from XRD data and the kinetics of anatase-rutile transformation was investigated, wherein the emphasis was placed on the influence of Yb2O3 and Tb2O3.

According to the fact of Yellow River Irrigation in Ningxia, 60% of irrigated area in border irrigation on the implementation of the calculation, namely, the implementation of about 300 thousand mu of border irrigation, and according to the Yellow River Irrigation area in Ningxia related experimental study, 15%-30% of the irrigation can be saved by using border irrigation .Based on the standard rate of 15% water saving, the water amount from the Yellow River can be reduced by the amount of 0.071 billion m3, corresponding water consumption reduction target of 0.029 billion m3.
According to the related research data, the average water-saving level can reach 30% after the use of microspray irrigation technology, based on this standard, taking the canal lining into consideration, the water amount from the Yellow River can be reduced by 0.014 billion m3.The corresponding water consumption reduction index is 0.006 billion m3.
Area of rice cultivation in the region is 61.4 thousand mu, so it is expected to reduce to 0.047 billion m3 amount of water from the Yellow River, and corresponding water consumption reduction index is 0.019 billion m3.

The membrane containing UT possessed an excellent antioxidant activity showing almost 100 % of reduction capacity of free radicals in 15 minutes.
However, the membrane without UT presented very poor reduction capacity (≥ 10 %) in 60 minutes.
Finally, the addition of UT improved dramatically the antioxidant activity of AL membranes showing almost 100 % of radical reduction capacity while AL membrane without UT only reached less than 10 % of radical reduction.
