Introduction
Generally, composite materials are heterophase systems obtained from two or more components with preservation of the individuality of each component [1, 2].
Methods for the practical use of the obtained materials are proposed.

XPS spectra of these materials indicate that there are
distinct differences.
For both materials the major anatase peaks are present and named.
All the materials (l-ANTs and s-ANTs) showed no detectable impurities.

TiO2 sol with narrow particle size distribution using TiCl4 as the starting material.
Introduction Metal oxide particles of less than 100 nm in particle size are considered as ultrafine or nanosized particles that can be used as precursors for the synthesis of new materials.
Because of their specific surface area, high porosity and low density, porous material have been attracting attention and are widely used in electronics, photonics, catalyst, sensors, and life sciences.

Clinoptilolite, ferroprussiate, heteropolyoxometallate and polyvalent metal acid salt are common ion-exchange materials.
Besides above mentioned, the highly selective ligand immobilized mesoporous materials have drawn great attention due to its large pore volumes, high adsorption capacity and surface area, fast kinetic performances, and reusability for reutilization.

Abstract.
The doping of rare earth is very important for improvement of the optical and luminescence properties of the materials.
The raw materials used for glass forming are the boric acid (H3BO3), sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), calcium carbonate (CaCO3), dysprosium (III) oxide (Dy2O3) are selected in the fine powdered with 99.99% purity, with different concentrations and generated by Aldrich Company.
Acknowledgements The authors would like to thank Center of Excellence in Glass Technology and Material Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, for instrument and facilities.
