Key words: Workbench; dump truck; turning shaft.
Finite element analysis use the workbench in ANASYS software, external force is applied to the finite element model of the entire sub-frame affected by the reality of the situation, and then judge whether turn shaft fracture is fatigue damage or too much force more than the stress limit caused the break.
Conclusions (1) Known by the Fe-C phase diagram: The influence of material processing technology for rotating shaft is very big, if an item in the process of machining not reached the standard of turning shaft, will great damage to the mechanical properties of shaft, the shaft has a deep rift, is likely to be due to errors in the process of turning processing, the fracture of the shaft part of the reason is that so
(3) Turning shaft fracture can also be by road conditions, temperature, and assembly (two shaft alignment is a straight line) factors have a close relationship.

Abstract.
But it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the hole, there is a problem recast layers which seriously affected the physical and chemical properties of the hole. And the equipment and processing costs are high.
However, these methods are improving the slant hole drilling only external factors, which did not play a role in improving the processing mechanism or from nature.

The conclusion is that the apparent activation energy E value is key factor in the equivalent age method, larger value of E indicated that the age conversion factor versus temperature function is more nonlinear, and an increase in temperature results in a disproportionate increase in the age conversion factor.
It has been showed that several factors influence the experimental activation energy: water–cement ratio (w/c); curing temperature; degree of hydration; cement composition and the use of mineral admixtures.
In a word, larger value of E indicated that the age conversion factor versus temperature function is more nonlinear, and an increase in temperature results in a disproportionate increase in the age conversion factor.

Silicon nanocrystals (SiNCs) have unique optical and electronic properties that are advantageous for semiconductor device applications and here their application to solar cell is presented.
As the weight fraction of SiNCs increased up to 50 wt%, the short circuit current and the power conversion efficiency dramatically increased, while the open circuit voltage and the fill factor do not change significantly.
For the hybrid devices, the Voc (ca. 0.5 V) and the FF (ca. 0.35) were not strongly affected by the SiNC weight ratio.
Spectral electron generation property clearly indicates that P3HT is the main photon absorber in the visible spectrum range to generate excitons.
SiNCs exhibit strong UV photon absorption property [16].

The air-gap significantly affects the magnitude of heat transfer.
A numerical model has been developed to predict the size of the air-gap and the temperature distribution along the metal-mould interface given an initial Interfacial Heat Transfer Coefficient (IHTC), dependent on the mould surface roughness, and sufficient knowledge of the radiative and thermomechanical properties of the casting and mould materials.
Many factors can influence the IHTC including chill/mould material [3], alloy composition [4], alloy superheat [5,6], surface roughness [5], surface coatings [7,8], applied pressure [9], casting surface orientation [10], and the magnitude of the air-gap, which is known to rapidly decrease the IHTC [11,12].
Once the mechanical strength of the skin can withstand the pressure from the melt above, the shape of the ingot is retained.
The radiative heat transfer is un-affected by the air-gap size, so this leads to an increase in the qr/qc ratio.

There are many factors that affect the fretting performance of contact pairs, including metal material, fretting frequency (velocity), amplitude, normal force, use environment and so on.
Total 200,000 resistance is collected for a contact pair during fretting, they were processed to characterize fretting contact properties.
Among the three affecting factors, normal force is the most important one. 4μmSn-Au and 0.76μmAu-Sn behave bad fretting contact performance at 50gf normal force.

The relative vibration between the tool and the workpiece can make machining surface produce vibration mark, it will affect the surface quality and using performance of workpiece seriously; Dynamic alternating load acts on process system continuously, the cutting tool is worn easily, even causes tipping, so as to reduce the tool life [3, 4].
