Introduction Currently, Engineering and academic circles have different views on the function of fiber in concrete, Fiber only plays the role of the crack, the mechanics performance index no effect, others think that appropriate fiber dosage can improve compression capacity and bending capacity..
More and more engineering use polypropylene concrete can improve the concrete cracking performance; meantime improve the jet concrete one-time injection thickness.
Manual slow mixing mode was used to meet the actual engineering needs.

According to the Fig.1, we analyze the stress of the structure systems, the shear of the nodal can be expressed as follows: ,.Substituting them into the Eq.5 gives the following equation: (6) To simplify the above formulas, the stability equation we can get the following: (7) The stability equation is a transcendental equation, no analytical solution, solving this problem is very difficult in the practical engineering application. andare unknown, there are two unknown variables in the equation, this equation cannot be solved.
It is shown that the results from the method in the paper have better precision, which is easy to be applied and reference in engineering.
