These factors definitely affect the success of TP’s coating.
Two measurements are highly correlated with the influencing factors mentioned above.
Different input sets were simulated for searching the best influencing factors.
B. values) of TP and its most influencing factors can be obtained by neural model.

One of the most important factors which effects dimensional error of work-piece is its elastic property.
This factor is responsible for the workpiece deflection by cutting forces.
Work-piece error induced by cutting force has been investigated less than other factors because of the difficulty in measuring this error [5-8].
Error of measurement affects the obtained function.

Introduction Low alloy steel represents one of the versatile engineering materials for a variety of structural applications due the advantages of its relatively low cost and attractive mechanical properties such as moderate yield strength, excellent ductility and high fracture toughness.
A survey of relevant literatures suggests that microstructures and consequent properties of the TIG-alloyed surfaces largely depend on some process parameters.
The L16 OA chosen in this study is a modified Taguchi array that can accommodate up to five factors at four levels.
The individual effects of all the factors are studied on the response variable.
However, the aim of the analysis is to identify the levels of the combining factors which present maximum surface hardness.

Additionally, the application of shells can meet the requirements of an analysis of the effects of welding when the metallurgical material properties are taken into account.
In this calculation only the thermal properties of the material are used.
The distortion and the residual stresses of the work piece can be calculated using thermo-mechanical properties and material phase transformations.
Thermo-mechanical calculation.
By additionally applying mechanical constraints, which correspond to the clamping condition of the process, and by considering the metallurgical phase properties (Fig. 1), the distortion and the residual stresses are calculated.

MMCs are made by dispersing reinforcements, which are usually added to improve mechanical properties, into metallic matrix.
Heat treatment is one of the major factors used to enhance the mechanical properties of heat treatable Al-Si alloys through optimization of both solution treatment and aging conditions.
Some of these studies used finite element programs to expect properties [11-13].
Mechanical properties are strongly affected by the morphology of the Si particles.

Parameters in CGDS Process It is widely accepted that impact velocity and critical velocity of the particle are the dominating factors in the CGDS process.
As a factor of great significance in CGDS, the critical velocity is affected by other parameters involved.
Helium and nitrogen are commonly used as the gas propellant in CGDS, instead of pure air because of their nonreactive and thermal properties.

Scaffolds with mechanical properties that mimic the tissue to be restored are critical to maintain the morphology and function of a scaffold after implantation and during tissue regeneration.
Tissue engineering is one promising strategy to stimulate tissue formation through the use of cells, growth factors, and biomaterials.
Finally, the mechanical properties of the SF/ α-TCP scaffolds were evaluated using a universal testing machine.
Mechanical properties The compressive modulus of all scaffolds was determined in wet conditions.
The findings suggest that the further studies should be performed to improve the mechanical properties of the SF/ α-TCP composite scaffolds.

However, nickel-based alloys are also regarded as some of the most difficult-to-machine materials due to their superior properties.
As a result of these properties, extreme loads of force and heat are imposed in the cutting contact zone between cutting tool and workpiece surface.
Cutting speed is believed to be the most important factor in BUE formation [3].
Besides, feed also affects worked materials deposition.
Cutting speed effects on residual stresses in end milling can be explained by that Inconel 718 has high mechanical properties, severe work hardening and poor thermal conductivity.
