Stable Platform Based On Workbench Vehicle Structure Analysis Liu Jinxia 1,a, Chen Chong1b, Wang Liang 1,c,Zhang Cong1,d 1(School of Transportation and Automotive Engineering, Xihua University, Chengdu, 610039,China) a676983550@qq.com, bcyh64@263.net (corresponding author), c191217348@qq.com, d243356928@qq.com Keywords: vehicle platform; structural analysis; workbench; Abstract: This paper has conducted a structural analysis by workbench after establishing a stable platform for automotive three-dimensional model, primarily concerning whether the platform can provide a benchmark to meet the requirements of equipment, including the numerical analysis of whether the platform tilt angle under load can achieve the requirements as well as the scheme of improvement direction of the structure.
Introduction The car stable platform has developed rapidly and urgently whether in civilian or military[1], such as traffic control detection technology, civil detection on radar vehicle stable platform, armored vehicles such as tank’s targeting platform[2].
This paper analyses vehicle platform by workbench, which is a tool about finite element analysis[3]. 2 Theory of dynamic analysis 2.1 Theoretical basis of finite element theory Finite element method is a numerical method of a new type of modern engineering analysis methods, such as automobiles, machine tools, aircraft and other modern engineering structural design[4], the analysis of the structure required to calculate the deformation, stress, and related dynamic analysis[5].
