This paper is to take a large commercial building as an engineering example, introducing the new design concept of “independent fire protection unit” and “quasi-safety area” to adjust the program; then, on the basis of fire safety engineering principles, it uses the computer-assisted method to predict and assess the dangers of fire and the safety of evacuation, and thus demonstrating the feasibility of this method.
This design approach is based on the architectural fire safety engineering principles, and uses the computer-assisted method to predict and assess the dangers of fire and the safety of evacuees, in order to get the best program of the fire protection design.
Engineering design difficulties and adjustment program The total floor area of a project is 189456m2, building height is 99.7m.
Fire power Considering the fire scenario needs protection from the sprinkler system, the fire power should refer to Shanghai’s “Technical Specification for Civil Smoke (DGJ08-88-2006)”.

In accordance with engineering practice, it adopts three-dimensional solid model, the same geometric size with engineering practice.
Introduction In the design and construction of high-rise buildings, bridges and other civil engineering, foundation, pile foundation, rock and soil foundation occupy a very important position.
It is common in foundation engineering, slope engineering and underground engineering, so it is necessary to study the properties of unsaturated soils.
In accordance with engineering practice, it adopts three-dimensional solid model, the same geometric size with engineering practice.

Large-scale studies of rejuvenators were carried out in the United States in the mid-1970s, including a four-year study by the US Air Force Civil Engineering Center and the US Army Corps of Engineers (the influence of various rejuvenators on asphalt concrete pavements in different climatic conditions: dry and hot, damp and warm, cold was investigated), confirmed the effectiveness of these materials to reduce the destruction of road surface caused by bituminous binder hardening, and to extend their durability [3].

The results are significant and valuable to the safety and the durability of cement soil engineering.
However, because in the north the cement soil tends to be used in the subgrade and composite foundation in the seasonal frozen soil area, it is the same particularly important to evaluate the effect of repeated freezing-thawing to the physical and mechanical parameters of cement soil and how long the cement soil engineering will be in use.
This study can provide technical parameters for the frozen regions applications and engineering design.
Cement soil freezing-thawing cycle effect of compressibility should be taken into consideration in the frozen regions engineering applications and designs
