Introduction
The static and, mainly, the seismic strengthening of existing walls with composite materials involves covering relatively large areas of the wall with the externally bonded composite layer.

The characteristics of heavy metal content and accumulation in black soils and agricultural products in the central Amur area were examined Russia In China[3], heavy metal content, spatial distribution, correlation between organic materials, and pollution trend were analyzed in Jilin and southern Heilongjiang Provinces [4].
The dense distribution of black and fertile soils, abundance of organic materials, as well as high phosphorus and potassium contents, transformed this area into a high-oil soybean production zone.
The correlation is considered to be related to the parent materials of soils similar to black soil given that black soil is mainly distributed in the study area[10-11]. 4.
