Metal materials are very important engineering materials, which are irreplaceable in the history of mankind.
As an important component of materials, metal materials are irreplaceable materials in engineering applications.
The wetting property is the basic property of material surface, and it is the fusion of material science and surface applied science.

Introduction
The performance of the ferromagnetic materials directly affects the performance of the motors and other electric equipment, scholars at home and abroad started early to research on the properties of ferromagnetic materials, and hysteresis characteristics is an important feature of ferromagnetic materials [1].

However, there are many disadvantaged of organic synthesis compared with the water-phase as followed, (1): the reaction conditions are harsh and require strict anhydrous anaerobic operation at high temperature. (2): expensive raw materials, high toxicity and flammable and explosive. (3) The nanoparticles could not be directly applied to the biological systems because their surface of the hydrophobic effect.
