This paper uses the finite element analysis software for simulation modeling and analysis with titanium alloy as materials, and carries out a research on the effect of edge radius in micro-cutting and burr formation.
According to the burr formation theory proposed by Hashimura[4], Fig.3 shows eight stages in the burr formation process of ductile materials.
Stage 6 describes crack initiation for ductile materials.

Introduction
Lightweight soil generally refers to the engineering materials with density less than that of natural soil.
Test materials The main raw materials used in the analysis are sludge, lightweight material, cement and water, etc.

This paper summarized the research work carried out by a team from Department of Steel Structures and Structural Mechanics, together with Department of Materials Science and Engineering, from University Politehnica Timisoara, which tried to determine the possibility to use welding for obtaining built-up cold-formed steel beams made of corrugated galvanized steel sheets (grade S350GD+Z).
However, the main advantage of MIG brazing is the low temperature developed in the electric arc, which is lower than the fusing temperature of the base materials (galvanized steel grade S350GD+Z used in our investigations), the filler material, by capillarity fills the gap between the base materials and creates the brazed joint.
There were a very small number of samples the fail by an interfacial fracture between the two materials.
