Design of floating island includes selection and production of floating island carrier materials, placing and fastening modes of floating island, and selection and transplant of floating island plants.
Due to the mature production process, low cost, and convenient installation, transportation, and modification, organic polymer materials are widely used in the purification of eutrophic water.
Artificial floating island technology is characterized by simple construction, short construction period, small impact on surrounding environment, low material and construction costs, wide sources of plant and floating bed materials, convenient structural assembly, removable carrier assembly and so on.

Introduction High-k materials are widely discussed as the new gate insulators that are used to reduce the leakage current in metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) for next generation [1].
Summary In this study, the high dielectric material, Y2O3, is used to replace the traditional dielectric material, SiO2, in MOS capacitor and Zr is doped with different stack structure for avoiding the diffusion effect of other materials.

The powders of antimony doped tin oxide have been widely used in photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices, flat panel displays, electrochromic materials, electrode materials and catalysts materials of olefin oxidation, oxidative dehydrogenation, and ammoxidation of alkenes, propylene to acrolein and acrylonitrile for their electric and optical advantage properties [1-8].
