Abstract.
Logistics is primarily to address issues with whose functional, organizational, personnel and material means can be improved and optimize the entire course material flow businesses, which shall logistics integration business functions.
Includes all activities associated with material and information flows of raw materials, auxiliary and production materials from the warehouse to the production of raw materials and semi-finished goods from the warehouse and purchased parts through the various steps of the manufacturing process including all buffer stores, through the installation of the finished goods warehouse.

The main conclusion is that when the thickness of micro-beam is close to the characteristics size of the materials, the natural frequency will show a significant scale effect phenomenon.
Then considering the characteristic length of the selected materials, it goes on to explore the relationship between the micro-beam thickness and natural frequency and analyze the remarkable scale effect of the natural frequency embodied in the micro-dimension.
In particular, the quantitative analysis model between the natural frequency and the intrinsic characteristic length of micro-beam materials is established.
