In the present paper, a new inversion method of optical constants of semitransparent materials was introduced based on transmittance spectrograms of double slabs of semitransparent materials, and validation of the new inversion method was investigated.
Conclusions (1) The new inversion method based on transmittances of double slabs in this paper combined with experiment can acquire the optical constants of solid materials

This makes aluminum nanopowder prepared by electric explosion preferable for the modification of filter materials.
The modification of filter materials results in an increase of selectivity of division and productivity due to change of geometrical characteristics of pores and an increase of mechanical properties.
Application of aluminum nanopowder for modifying the filter materials This work is directed to creation of a dynamic membrane with the given properties which combines in itself advantages of membranes and possesses much more opportunities.

The THF process depends on reasonable selection of material, right performing and reasonable loading paths, etc.
Then the tube is locked in the axial direction for reducing material flow over the corner.
Guo Cheng et al. [9] developed a device to evaluate the material formability in THF.

Most references have assumed that stress amplitude is constant, and the dispersion of structural geometry has been considered or the P-S-N curve of materials has been used for fatigue reliability design [1,2].
Structural materials is 16Mn, V=0.1[7].
For single sampling of stress-time history, as shown in Fig. 2, the coefficient of variation V of distribution function of each variable is equal to 0.1, S-N curve(lgN=a+blgS) of materials with constants a=24.0589,b=-7.8056[6].
