The synthetic CaO-based sorbents is difficult reactive by economic methods unless via its specific structure.
We developed the calcium aluminates carbonates as CO2 sorbent with lamella structure that could be regenerated using aqueous hydrolysis routes.
The compound Ca3Al2(OH)12 grown from basic solution having a cubic structure with Al and Ca are octahedral square arrangement, respectively [5].
As a consequence of results, the spent sorbent with lamella structure can be regenerated under pH11, 25°C, and 60 min conditions with aqueous hydrolysis treatment.

Amorphous structures were found during ball milling of Ti-37.5at%Si, Ti-45at%Si, and Ti-40at%Si powders [2, 10-12], which appeared after the previous Ti5Si3 formation only [11].
SEM images of anomalous particles indicated the existence of a deformed structure coexisting with Ti5Si3 and Si precipitates (see Fig. 3).
Previous works have reported on the formation of amorphous structures during ball milling of Ti-Si powders [2].
Mechanical alloying contributed to form metastable structures in Ti25Si powders for longer milling times.

The heterostructures of BiPO4/Ag3PO4 with the body-centered cubic structure of Ag3PO4 and monoclinic of BiPO4 were successfully synthesized.
Characterization The products were characterized using x-ray diffraction (XRD) to determine the structure of catalysts.
Results and Discussion The phase structures of the as-prepared samples were characterized by the XRD technique.
The body-centered cubic structure of Ag3PO4 (JCPDS 06-0505) [5] was also successfully synthesized in acidic solution.
Summary The heterostructures of BiPO4/Ag3PO4 with the body-centered cubic structure of Ag3PO4 and monoclinic of BiPO4 were successfully synthesized.

The mixture of different lamellar porous structure of cuttlefish bone from the species Sepia Officinalis was selected and characterized, according to morphology (including porosity, surface development, surface characteristics) and mechanical properties.
Because of its good mechanical properties and porous structure [4], it is a good candidate as bone substitute.
They adhere to the 3D structure of HA scaffolds but appeared less spread than those on ET and ST specimens and not confluent.
Threedimensional HA structure interferes, in conventional static culture conditions, with cell proliferation; for this reason, dynamic cell culture will be further performed to evaluate HA scaffold improvement.
