Introduction Substations play an important role in the electric system, the construction of which belongs to special industrial architecture and differ from that of civil architecture.
The construction of substations falls in the special engineering construction with craft process as the core technology, and has a strong relation with the civil construction, equipment purchasing, installation and design.

Experimental Study of Flexural Capacity on RC Beams Strengthened with the FRP-Bolt Strengthening Technology Yanhua Guan1,a, Peizhi Zhuang1,b, Xiuguang Song1,c, and Zheng Ma1,d 1 School of Civil Engineering,Shandong University,Jinan,Shandong 250061,China a guanyanhua@sdu.edu.cn, b zhuangpeizhi@yahoo.cn, c songxiuguang@sdu.edu.cn, d mazheng@mail.sdu.edu.cn.
However, the engineering practice shows that the significant deficiencies exist in the reinforcement technique, namely cohesive force can not be effectively guaranteed between FRP and concrete, and the debonding easily occurs in the interface, resulting in the utilization of FRP strength less than 20%[4].In order to improve the bonding strength between the FRP and the concrete, in recent years, various new FRP strengthened concrete technologies have developed, for example, near-surface mounting (NSM) FRP [5], mechanically fastened FRP (MF-FRP) strips [6], and fiber anchoring FRP [7].
