Key words: Development scheme of real estate Value engineering Value index Optimization
Abstract: There are usually more than one development schemes available in the process of the real estate development, and the optimization on the schemes is directly connected with the investment benefit of the whole project.
Hence, using value engineering principle to optimize development schemes of real estate has great and practical significance.
Introduction Engineering construction ought to be carried out according to the planned development scheme.
The only way to get a scientific evaluation or selection is using the principle of value engineering to make a comprehensive and systematical analysis in engineering practice.

Abstract.
For this purpose, INGENOVA, a French civil engineering office, has developed a robust and ductile system, called SLABE®: stainless steel Z-shaped profiles are used as shear keys, creating an innovative hybrid concrete connection.
To overcome this shortcoming, INGENOVA, a French civil engineering office, has developed its own thermal break system called SLABE [2,3].

Abstract.
Based on engineering practice, the mechanical calculations of normal section bearing capacity on damaged reinforced concrete columns strengthened by wing walls have been conducted, and based on the N-M curves of various special-shaped columns, the influence laws of different azimuths and different axial compression ratios on bearing capacity of normal section have been analyzed, therefore mechanical properties of special-shaped sections have been obtained, which provides reference information for engineering technology.

Abstract.
The rise of CODMn could be attributed to the industrial sewage and the increase of civil sewage.
The prominent rise results from the civil sewage and livestock pollutant from the upstream area.
However, civil pollution, agricultural pollution as well as livestock pollution poses a threat to the improvement of upstream water quality.
There are no effective strategies and measures to control civil pollution.

Current maintenance of concrete civil infrastructure such as buildings, bridges, dams and highways, is based on scheduled inspection consisting in visual and/or local inspection techniques (i.e. acoustic/ultrasonic methods, radiography, eddy-current methods).
Introduction Concrete is one of the leading materials used in civil infrastructure, such as buildings, bridges, dams and highways.
Fig 1: Classical ultrasonic test system based on large external transducers A possible alternative is to replace the large external probes by low-cost piezoelectric transducers embedded inside the concrete structures, following the ‘Smart Aggregates’ (SMAG) concept previously developed at the University of Houston [2-4] and recently developed in the Civil Engineering laboratory at ULB-BATir (Fig. 2) [5].
Fig. 2: On-line ultrasonic test system based on embedded “Smart Aggregates” The recent studies performed in the Civil Engineering laboratory at ULB-BATir have attracted the interest of the Belgian company MS3 (http://www.ms3.be) for monitoring the damage state of concrete slabs to which highway safety rails are attached.

Abstract.
The reasons are multiple: there are almost everywhere in the world, are relatively inexpensive, their production maybe relatively simple, their applications covers many types of buildings and civil infrastructure works.
