Introduction Putting explosive into the predrilled holes for blasting is a key process for large civil engineering, in this process, it is required the manipulator robot fills explosive into the holes automatically, however, in most case, the holes are in high cliffs with irregular surface, it is very difficult to find and locate the holes by automatic equipment, in order to alleviate this dilemma, it is quite necessary to develop an effective strategy to recognize the holes and guide the manipulator to fill explosive.

Abstract.
Grey forecasting model is an important component of the deformation monitoring analysis and prediction theory, it has been applied to various engineering deformation monitoring.
Since the model parameter estimation and prediction need matrix complex calculation, through the MATLAB program it can solve the problem of modle calculation easily, and through the GUI function in MATLAB to realize the grey model as a software make it convient for operation and calculation. In this paper, taking Shenyang subway station in Xinle site as an example to talk over the implementation process l of the grey predicion modle and make the software applied in the actual engineering problems.
