Figure 1 shows that after schedule risk led directly to increased risk of schedule pressure, and the pressure will directly affect engineering quality risk, the number of new employees, production efficiency and work intensity.
Most operations in preparation for the initial engineering work, temporary work intensity and therefore does not increase the intensity of work lags behind the schedule pressure.
Engineering quality risk are subject to risks affecting the environment, technology risk factors, these factors prior to the start of construction projects , it already exists , so the quality of the project risks early value is not 0.

Constitutive Relation of Sulfate Attacked Concrete Based on Uniaxial Loading Yanfeng Nie and Chunxiang Qian School of Materials Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Jiangsu Key Lab on Civil Engineering Materials, Nanjing 211189, China Keywords: Concrete; Sulfate attack; Ultrasonic nondestructive test; Constitutive relation Abstract.
For practical engineering applications, special attention of research was devoted to an ultrasonic nondestructive test (NDT) technique to estimate the damage extent.
Therefore, there is research significance to study the constitutive relation in different damage extent and its changing trend with serviceable life, no acording to the time,to provide a reference for the design of structural components of concrete and test and evaluate in actual engineering.
An analytical expression for the stress-strain curves of concrete attacked by sulfate is desirable for the structural analysis and design in many practical engineering applications in China and Abroad.
Mathematical expression of correlation can provide evidence for quality evaluation and testing of actual engineering.

The result shows that the method is simple, safer, suitable for designing and can be used in the similar engineering.
Now it requires to do fill and excavation engineering in the area and the largest fill thickness is about 19 meters.

However, the present design code of our country seems not keep pace with the engineering practice.
The existing method, although embodying the philosophy of performance-based earthquake resistance design framework, in ‘the seismic design code of railway engineering’ is only applicable to those girder bridges with spans smaller than 150m.
The existing work concerned with this topic is not enough to meet with the requirement of the engineering practice.
The FEM software such as MIDAS-Civil and SAP2000 are applied to accomplish the research activities concerned.

The ratio of concrete in coarse aggregate has great impact on engineering quality.
If there are any proportion problems, a certain degree of engineering accidents and sometimes even devastating accidents can be caused.
Introduction Whether in industrial buildings, civil construction, bridge engineering or road project construction process, cement concrete is one of the most widely used material consumption.
The rational allocation of concrete mixture ratio in coarse aggregate has a special important role and significance in reducing engineering cost, so it has higher promotion value.

Application of Increment-Dimension Precise Integration Method in Numerical Simulation of Two-phase Oil-water Flows in a Low permeability Reservoir Fuliang Mei 1, a, XiangSong Wu 1,b and Guangping Lin 1,c 1 Institute of Civil & Engineering, Jiaxing College, Jiaxing ,Zhejiang ,314001,China aFlmei2005@126.com, bWxiangsong@163.com, cLgp215@sohu.com Keywords:.
The start-up pressure gradients have an outstanding effect on recovery degree, liquid production rate and oil production rate, and the existence of the startup pressure gradients will enhance development difficulty and cost Introduction In the numerical simulation of two-phase oil water seepage for a low permeability reservoir, the simulating method used by most of researchers and engineers is IMPES[1-5], say, implicitly solving pressure and explicitly solving moisture saturation at time.
