Peroxide Induced Reaction as a Cross-Linking Method in PHBV Biomaterial Gate Dielectrics Kunyan Wang* Department of Materials Chemistry, Huzhou University, Huzhou, 313000, China wkyan01@163.com Keywords: peroxide induced reaction, cross-linking, PHBV Abstract.
The structure of PHBV is a nine-carbon numbered chain composed of a randomly distributed co-polymer of predominantly 3-hydoxybutyrate (PHB) and 3-hydroxyvalerate (PHV) ending with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. [4] This biomaterial could be tailored to specific application for gate dielectrics because of it is good film-forming property and solution processability.
Then, the structure of cross-linking could be expected to occur.

Results and Discussion Influence of Calcination Temperature on Structure and Morphology.
The crystal structure of the LNCMO cathode powders calcined at different temperatures are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), as shown in Figure. 1a.
The XRD patterns clearly indicate that no impurity existed and all peaks were well indexed to a layered hexagonal structure of α-NaFeO2 (R3m)[15].
Conclusion In conclusion, sintering temperature has an effect on the structure and electrochemical behavior of LNCMO cathode materials.

The structure of tube A was superior to that of tube B.
For now, R134a, the substitution of traditional refrigerant R22, has a relatively sound properties of thermodynamics, physics, and chemistry[7].
Specimen Structure and Experimental System Specimen Structure and Test Condition.
Fig. 1(a) is the inner-micro-fin structure of tube A, Fig. 1(b) is the inner-micro-fin structure of tube B, Fig. 1(c) is the contrast of the cross section of tube A and tube B.
In the high refrigerant mass velocity region, the author thought that the second grooves had an obvious effect on pulling the condensed liquid film, the structure of tube A promoted a higher coefficient of heat transfer than that of tube B.

To determine the accurate energies of all stationary points, the QCISD/6-311++G(d,p) single-point calculations are done by using the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) optimized geometric structures.
Introduction Difluorocarbene (1CF2) is thought to an important species in fluorocarbon plasmas used in the etching of Si and SiO2 surfaces during microelectronics manufacture [1], and it is also significant in the atmosphere chemistry, which can be generated by the photolysis of chlorofluorohydrocarbons released into the atmosphere.
More precise energies were ascertained by the QCISD/6-311++G(d,p) calculations using the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) optimized geometric structures with inclusion of the B3LYP zero point vibrational energies.
Optimized geometric structures of the reactants, intermediates, transition states and products involved in the 1CF2 + 3O2 reaction.
The geometric structure of IM2 is very close to the structure reported by Burger et al. experimentally [11].
