Abstract.
Through analysis of the properties of material composition, we reveals the inner connection between the dispersivity of saline soil and the soil’s practical environment and material composition, which has theoretical and practical significance in engineering practice and study of saline soil’s dispersivity in this area .This paper will help us fully understand the characteristics of dispersive saline soil and the way it behaviors in engineering for taking the feasible engineering countermeasures to cope with saline soil and engineering accidents caused by the dispersivity of saline soils.
The results of this paper will bring engineering applications of dispersive saline soil to a new level.
Dry dispersive soil usually has a satisfied engineering property for engineering construction.
By the compact of increase of fine materials, the zone which is 0.4m below the surface, capillary tunnels for the migration of water and salts established, they are the most important paths for water’s and salt’s migration in soil.

Before quality management of principal structure, we shall supervise the construction of key parts, treat the engineering parts with frequent quality problems, the difficult points and key points in construction differently, and thus ensure the definite objective of quality management.
Starting from the angle of engineering quality, construction managers shall make scientific and reasonable arrangement for the construction progress in the early stage, middle stage and later stage of building engineering, make every construction stage have definite key points in construction, and strengthen the reasonable judgment on the construction quality of engineering.
In addition, construction managers shall pay attention to the quality of construction materials, and control material quality in the sections like material selection, purchasing and transportation, etc.
Before purchasing of materials, we shall do comparative shopping, select the material suppliers having relatively good social image and the construction materials with relatively high performance-price ratio.
Also, we shall arrange transportation companies with high credit degree to complete the transportation of materials; and before delivering materials to construction site, we shall determine the quality of construction materials by means of spot check.

Abstract.
Given this fact, one of the biggest problems bothering the additive production in our country is the low resource efficiency, increasing shortage of materials, climbing price which would definitely contribute to a higher product cost.
Therefore, polynaphthalene sulphonate is not used directly but only after adding other ingredients according to construction requirements and local materials as well as weather conditions.
Conclusion By the research and improvement for key technology of coagulation polynaphthalene sulphonate production, project target reaches domestic advanced level, especially the naphthalene material consumption is only 0.25 ton per ton of powder, which is far less than the average level of 0.5~0.6 ton per ton powder, it plays certain role to relieve the problem caused by high demand for naphthalene material supply and resource shortage, and has evident economic and social benefits.

In the power synthesis technology, power modules make up the basic unit, power chip assembly technology becomes one key process.
Molybdenum copper alloy is composed of 3D structure of molybdenum and plane cubic structure consisting of Cu immiscible, the respective in composition to maintain a opposite fake alloy materials, it has excellent thermal conductivity properties of copper, molybdenum and has high strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion characteristics, this properties make it not only with the electronic device in the silicon substrate and the gallium arsenide material good matching sealing, avoiding the thermal stress caused by failure, but also has good thermal performance, widely used in the electronic packaging, heat sink material and high power current module based on.
Being closely combined with engineering need it is very important to begin deeper assembly technology research and constantly promote assembly technology of micro-radio modules.
