Abstract With the development in carrying out outdoor sports in many industries and institutions offered outdoor sports courses that have trained a large number of professionals for the development of outdoor sports.
Due to professional needs, the school is very early to carry out mountaineering skills training as the main outdoor sports education, training a large number of top talents for China's mountaineering career.
The course content includes: social sports introduction, introduction to outdoor sports, sports anatomy, exercise physiology, social sports management, outdoor sports psychology, sports, fitness principles and methods, outdoor sports marketing, outdoor sports competition organization and management, outdoor sports medicine foundation, outdoor survival experience, mountaineering, rock climbing, orienteering, water sports, outreach campaigns [3].
Outdoor Sports Are Dangerous and Irritating Outdoor sports in the mountains, the wild, or waters, desert, Gobi zone, more natural venue for the background, due to the nature and ever-changing, infinite mysteries, of which there are many uncontrollable factors such as sudden natural disaster, the intrusion of the beast, different reactions in the human body in a variety of different environments, these are prior to the event can not accurately predicted, and thus the outdoor sports relative movement risk for track movement is large, the higher risk and, therefore, having large irritant.

According to a survey, 26.8% of environmental NGOs’ full-time staff in China do not have environmental expertize knowledge, nearly 50% of the environmental NGOs has only one or two environmental professionals.[2] Due to lack of professional lawyers, investigation, litigation and evidence collection fail in efficiency, even lose the lawsuit, which is a serious practical difficulty in public interest litigation.
In Luliang case, the plaintiffs have to ask help from professor Chanfa Wang and professional lawyers.
Finally, establish specialized environmental public interest litigation department or professional sector, thus, environmental NGOs’ environmental public interest litigation will be specialized and standardized.

Smart Basin is a highly digital, high degree of simulation, highly intelligent basin which is supported by the next generation information technologies, with the application service platform for the basin as a core, and professional applications and decision support as the target.
It is composed of sensing layer, basic network support layer, infrastructure network layer, application service platform layer, professional applications and decision support layer, as shown in Fig.1.
By means of devices, the natural water cycle information, including precipitation, evaporation, surface runoff, soil moisture, subsurface runoff, underlying surface, etc., and the social water cycle information, including water sources, water intake, water delivery, water use, water deprivation, drainage, etc., can be obtained.
Application service platform layer: This layer is the integrated application of all types of information from video, audio, cluster scheduling, data collection, to build professional applications for water service platform, including multi-source coupling based on meteorological and hydrological information security platform, binary numerical simulation of the water cycle and associated platforms, numerical control platform of water resources, watershed data assimilation system platform, virtual reality platform basin.
Professional applications and decision support layer: This layer mainly provides professional decision support and information services for integrated watershed management, e.g., flood control and drought, water regulation, soil conservation, water conservation and other applications.

As the world faces challenges in terms of climate change, inequality and sustainable infrastructure needs, the role of engineers and architects will become more relevant, requiring a change in what and how they are taught. [1] The integration of entrepreneurship in the training of these professionals fosters innovation and creativity, prepares the next generation to contribute to a fairer and more sustainable society in the field they share.
Historically, these professionals have collaborated in the teaching of subjects and in the development of interdisciplinary projects, a common practice both in the former School of Engineering and Architecture and in the current School of Engineering and the School of Art and Design, to which Architecture was integrated as one of the creative careers in 2019 [5].
The participants were teaching and construction professionals from San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa, specifically from the careers of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Even though 75% of professionals link theory and practice, only 35.6% understand which entrepreneurial elements to teach.

The key and core part of this research is to resolve and analyze the information flow and dependency relationship among the professional software with the professional design of the building, construction facility and itself and then use the graphic displaying model to express.
After that, the information optimization technique has been used to organically combine the input/output data of the professional modeling software and input/output data of the professional design software of the building, construction and facility together.
Besides it could also provide data and technology support for green strategic decision and green assessment and make sure the building system could maximum the energy saving, land saving, water saving and material saving and environment protection.
