Introduction
With the improvement of the fabrication process and the level technology of the high temperature superconducting (HTS) materials, HTS electrical equipment which is especially the research of HTS generator has opened up a new way for the safe and economic operation of the power system.
The selection of HTS material.
Currently, the main HTS materials for mature application are Bi-2223 and YBCO, especially YBCO bulk which has many advantages such as higher critical temperature, high critical current, high remanence, more mature process and more reasonable price [4].

Most references have assumed that stress amplitude is constant,
and the dispersion of structural geometry has been considered or the P-S-N curve of materials has
been used for fatigue reliability design [1,2].
Structural materials is 16Mn, V=0.1[7].
For single sampling of stress-time history, as shown in Fig. 2, the coefficient of variation V of distribution function of each variable is equal to 0.1, S-N curve(lgN=a+blgS) of materials with constants a=24.0589,b=-7.8056[6].

Castor oil is one kind of chemical raw materials irreplaceable and was widely used in chemical, energy sources, medicine areas and so on.
Materials and methods Preparation of castor stalk particle and fiber The castor oil plant produced in Zibo city, Shandong Province, it is 4-5 meters in height and 5-10 centimeter in diameter.
So the soakage-characters of the two materials are good both, but comparing to the castor stalk particle, the soakage-characters of the fiber is worse.

Furthermore, some comfort issues, such as feeling damp, clammy after sweating during driving and skin prickle during the race, and inferior moisture absorbance in suit materials, were also reported [6-7].
Materials and Methods Literature was revised and collected related to the racing suit market, female racing car drivers’ perceptions towards the garment, and consumer needs.
The flow of the liquid moisture through the textiles is caused by fiber-liquid molecular attraction at the surface of the fiber materials, which is mainly determined by the surface tension and effective capillary pathways and pore distribution [31-32].

Construction Channel Problems for Building Materials and Workers
The ultra-soft soil has extreme low strength, so it is impossible for the workers to walk on it and it is very hard to transport the building materials on it.
So the float bridge can remain stable and offer enough channel for workers and transportation of building materials..
The float bridge constructed with foam plastic plates can provide a steady platform for the transportation of construction materials and workers.

A major cause
for these failures is due to the mismatch of Coefficients of Thermal Expansion (CTE), Young's
modulus, Poisson's ratios of package materials.
