The calculation result shows that the foundation deformation considering interaction among soil springs is large than those not considering the interaction, and also larger than engineering practical condition.
The example proves that the method presented in this paper has good preciseness comparing with the results of engineering practical condition.

Abstract.
In this paper, international geotechnical engineering analysis software FLAC was used to simulate the influence of tailings surcharge load at open- pit mine to overlying orebody mining at the north of Axi gold deposits in Xinjiang.
Engineering geological properties and the process of establishing geological model of open -pit mine in the north of Axi gold deposits in Xinjiang were introduced .It simulated the laws of deformation, stress and plastic zone of the top and base of wall rocks of underground mining in two conditions.

Rock burst will happened when the underground engineering is excavated in the hard and brittle rock mass because of high in situ stress or concentrated stress.
This paper analysis engineering geology conditions of this area and the characters of rock burst, author concludes that posteriority and continuity for time and Traceability and continuity for place are different from others rock burst examples.
As for engineering examples,Tao Zhenyu[2]concluded some projects at home and abroad.
Based on engineering experiences and numerical simulation, on rock burst position, the maximum principle horizontal geostress may exceed 30MPa which is listed in table 7.

The overall goal of this study is to contribute to the advancement and efficiency of composite materials and expand the possibilities in material engineering by offering solutions for industrial challenges.
By integrating human hair fibers into materials, engineers can develop products that are both lighter and stronger while also reduce impact of production on the environment.
This studying approach not only addresses concerns related to waste management of hair but also contributes to sustainable material engineering by reducing dependence on nonrenewable resources.

(4) landslide often happened in the districts where the human engineering activities are more frequent
The area where the human engineering activities are more frequent is also an important place where the disaster occur.
As the negative influence of human engineering activities on the stability of slope is more and more serious, the unreasonable human engineering activities become an important factor to induce geological hazards.
Under these aboving engineering load, deformation and failure of the slope occur, further up geological disasters happen.
