For C and G, the fluorescence intensity of 2-AP was 99.14 and 89.03, respectively, which showed a different degree of reduction.
The results could provide reliable experimental data and theoretical reference for the selection of high-specific probes.

Table 2 Grinding effect of different amount of zirconium pearl Mass ratio span D50[μm] foaming characteristics 1.0 2.31 1.63 small amount of foam 1.5 2.25 1.29 small amount of foam 2.0 2.40 1.14 much foam 2.5 2.14 1.11 much foam The data in table 2 indicated that the median diameter(D50) and span decreased slightly with zirconium beads (d=1.2 mm) content increased, however, the suspension has poor liquidity, and produced more foam when the mass ratio of grinding medium and material were 2.0 and 2.5.
The data of D50 and span refer to table 3 under different milling time condition.
The data in the table 3 showed, with the extension of the milling time, the particle size distribution was concentrated, median diameter and span were very small with 2h grinding time, but more than 2 h, median diameter and span reduced slightly, these results were seen from fig1, the fig 1 showed that the particle size and distribution meet the Chinese Requirements for the pesticide formulation SC Products.
Considering energy saving and emission reduction, the optimum grinding time was 2h.

According to the characteristics of RBF neural network, a variety of RBF neural network algorithms have been proposed, but these algorithms can not determine the structure and parameters of RBF neural network from sample data in the absence of a priori knowledge.
Based on the analysis of RBF neural network structure, a optimization design algorithm for RBF neural network based on a hybrid hierarchical GA algorithm is proposed to determine the structure and parameters RBF neural network from sample data simultaneously.
If the network scale is too small, the algorithm can not fully learn the sample data; otherwise, it is prone to over-fitting phenomenon and reduction of generalization ability.

Abroad some advanced technology is applied in the greenhouse system, not only to achieve the related data collecting and automatic control of temperature and humidity, CO2 concentration and light intensity, and strengthen research on comprehensive environmental factors control technology will continue to research and apply the most advanced control means to control the greenhouse (such as the fuzzy control applied to the greenhouse control), the control level of greenhouse has been raised to a new height, to improve the intelligence greenhouse control, high efficiency and saving energy greenhouse based on real significance, points out the development direction of greenhouse system, but also for provides technical support for the transformation of our traditional greenhouse[4]. 2.
According to the acquisition sample data in Step3, in the N state variables of the controlled object , to choose the best interpretation of m(mreduction of decision an input space variables, then choose small and efficient delay order l.
The experimental simulation In order to validate the experiment, this study is based on the investigation in Ma Zhen village and Jin Feng village vegetable base of Chongqing City, to obtain the relevant data of greenhouse irrigation, such as water, soil moisture, soil temperature, air temperature and light intensity and other parameters of the day.

The Choice of Locating Datum Workpiece during machining, the workpiece to determine the relative position of the machine and tool known as positioning reference surface.
Process used in the initial positioning on the base is rough raw surface, known as crude benchmarks; in subsequent processing procedures used in locating datum is processed surface, called the fine reference.
Benchmark crude generally only use 1 (especially primary locating datum) to avoid large position error.
Since the principle basis, when some surface finishing processes require the margin is small and uniform, the surface to be machined can be used as locating datum to locate itself, the location accuracy requirements at this time by the first process guarantee.

This is to be expected based on the hardness data that are shown in figure 1 and the fact that tensile failure in the 5454-H32 welds occurs in the softened, weld nugget region.
The data in the figure are grouped by advance per revolution (APR) and plotted vs.
The aging response is shown as ΔVHN (the change in vicker's hardness) and the data are grouped as in figure 3.
Examination of process data for these welds showed that (1) higher welding speed at a given APR corresponds to higher weld power and (2) lower APR at a constant welding speed corresponds to higher weld power.
Figure 6 shows HAZ hardness data for the same set of welds shown in figure 3 (nugget hardness).
