The impact on the polypropylene matrix composites by the cutting size of the automotive interior decoration scrap JIN Huanlin1,2,3,a, YU JinPing1,2,4, CAO ZhenDong4, TONG Wei5 , YAN Changhao1,2, ZHANG Ming1,2,b* 1College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Yangzhou University, Yangzhou, China;2The Key Laboratory of Environmental Material and Engineering of Jiangsu Province, Yangzhou China;3Yangzhou Yangzi auto interior & exterior Co,LTD,Yangzhou, China;4Huitong polyester technology Co.
The influences of the lumps sizes on the micro-structures , thermal stability, processing fluidity and mechanical properties of the as-fabricated composites have been systematically investigated.
The tensile strength of the product by 15mm×15mm increased by 10% while notched impact strength increased by 22%; The polyester fabric remains fiber structure at the processing temperature (190℃-210℃) and can be used as reinforcements for pp. 1.
The micro-structures, thermal stability, and mechanical properties of composites when the lumps size were 5mm×5mm,10mm×10mm,15mm×15mm respectively have been investigated for the purpose of finding the suitable size to Guide the actual production.

The structure and thermophysical properties of the resulting SPU films have been studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and hardness testing.
The experimental results showed that the functionality of the GSOLs and the hard segment content play a key role in controlling the structure and the thermophysical properties of the SPU films.
Vegetable oils, possessing a triglyceride structure with unsaturated fatty acid side chains, are considered to be an important renewable material for the production of biobased polymers [7-9].

The results show that the coatings are porous nano-crystalline structures mainly composed of anatase and rutile (TiO2).
Introduction Compared with traditional titania, nano titania possesses many superior performances, such as superior photo catalysis and ultraviolet shielding capability which can be applied to many fields including chemistry, medicine, aerospace and new materials etc [1,2].

A model method based on least square support vector machine (LS-SVM) which directly uses the experimental data is presented to overcome the weakness of mechanism model, and the system structure and algorithm are given.
The internal structure of LS-SVM model is shown in Fig.1.The main idea of the Non-linear regression of LS-SVM is using a nonlinear transformation to map the m dimensions input samples to the higher dimentional feature space F(Hilbert space) from originally space and construct optimal linear regression function.

The structures of these compounds were elucidated as: β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), chrysophanol (3), (-)-epiafzelechin (4), 5,2′-dihydroxy-7,8,6′-trimethoxyflavanone (5) by NMR datas, the antibacterial activity of all compounds were examined on five species of bacteria Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus licheniformis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus pneumoniae.
Every compound obtained was subjected to detail spectroscopic analys to establish their chemical structures.
The structures of these known compounds were identified by direct comparison of their spectral data (1H NMRand 13C NMR and DEPT) with those reported values in the literatures.
