In this experiment, the sample was coated by plasma technique measured by using the 0.5 µl micropipette drop water on the surface of each condition.

RMP does not require any forest resources, and can be produced without water, eliminating the traditional pulp-based papermaking processes of steaming, washing and bleaching, which produce massive pollutant streams, thereby eliminating much water pollution, gas waste and waste at the source, through production processes delineated in Figure 1.
Moreover as the RMP is produced primarily from inorganic mineral powder and polyethylene, RMP is water resistant and fire resistant, while burning does not generate toxic fumes, and the finished medium remains naturally biodegradable.

Problems in suppressing high-rise buildings fire: high altitude, slow line laying; high water pressure in hose, easily to break up; great consumption of water, water supply system inside the building can hardly meet the need[5].
If power is cut in fire, or fire pump doesn’t work or break down, the indoor water supply system cannot work as usual; upward water supply will be difficult.
