Introduction
Measurement of absorption spectrum of media has a large number of applications in production, scientific research and life, such as [1-3] environmental quality (or environmental pollution) monitoring; component analysis of material samples (infra-red, fluorescence); photochemical materials shaping and optoelectronic devices production.
However [7-10], during the study of photochemical materials shaping or optoelectronic devices, the effective utilization of light energy is very important.
