COST REDUCTION OF RAW MATERIALS IN A STEEL FACTORY WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF MIX PROBLEM (A CASE STUDY) Hamid Reza Moheghi, Hamid Mashhadi Moghadam, Sara Motevali Industrial Engineering Department University of Bojnord Bojnord, Iran E-mail: moheghi_ie@yahoo.com Keywords: liner programming; Mix Problem; Lingo Software; Steel production Abstract.
Therefore, the required data was collected.
Data collection and raw materials analysis were performed and the quantities of the parameters for mix problem which previously was expressed in section II-A, are as follows: These parameters were derived from the information related to products characterizations in tables 1 to 4.

Gray prediction model can predict uncertain factors in gray system with insufficient data.
Advantage of gray prediction model is that it has less demand for data.
Weather-sensitive load component needs to be determined based on a large number of recorded weather data given for data processing and correlation analysis.
By applying regressive reduction, we get:
This way of division can perfectly combine history data with actual situation.

After 3 months’ measuring by precision level, the data shows that the maximum point is in the center line of the tunnel of the upper part.
(2) Analysis (2) know, whenor,, the scope of the impact of the actual surface that tunnel excavation, according to the monitoring results, tunnel excavation scope of influence for 21 m, when x=0, P(x,y)maximum value, that it is at the top of the tunnel center, according to the measured results for - 31.82 mm, It can be concluded that,, draw winkler calculation model prediction equation: (3) The Winkler model subsidence data calculated by the formula (3), as listed in Table 1.
Table 1 Winkler model settlement data and 04 section measured data Field test results and the ground surface settlement calculation model winkle are identical with each other, winkler calculated value is smaller than the actual observations, only practical writing Kerr surface subsidence prediction model can draw the trend of surface subsidence, it can't accurately draw maximum settlement. this is because the soil above the tunnel in the actual engineering fill is the artificial hormone and have a small amount of construction waste, theory and assumes that there is a certain gap; At the same time in the theoretical calculation without considering bellows-liquid coupling condition soils and the distortion of the structure is in compliance with linear elastic properties.
Fig.4 The field measured and winkler model calculation curve contrast 5 Conclusions (1)Dalian subway 202 section (Cujin Road station-Chunguang Street station) introduce distance span ratio β in the surface subsidence in the process of data analysis, surface subsidence maximum position just above the centerline of the tunnel, the settlement is about 25.66 ~31.82 mm.
With the working face advancing, the longitudinal settlement along the tunnel is divided into three stages, -4<β<-2 surface subsidence acceleration phase, occupy whole deformation10.8-16.6 %; -2<β<2 the surface subsidence violent stage, occupy whole deformation67.5-77.6 %, settlement rate can reach about 0.84 -0.96mm/d; 2<β<4, the ground surface settlement reduction stage, settlement change tends to be stable.

The wood bio-concrete (WBC) production is a solution for the advancement of sustainable construction, since it has the potential to recycle waste in the form of shavings generated in wood processing and stock CO2, contributing for climate change reduction.
The environmental modeling was performed by SimaPro, using the Ecoinvent database, and primary data collected in the laboratory.
Fig. 1: System boundaries of the WBC production 2.3 Life cycle inventory analysis Portland Cement CPV-ARI data were obtained from Ecoinvent 3.6, which already has data for the Brazilian context, including the type of cement studied.

The quality data collection, data quality management and quality data processing are successfully divided into three levels architecture.
The quality of data acquisition is used to complete the data acquisition of production process, integration of heterogeneous data sources and data fusion of local and remote.
The quality data management can be performed on the collected data unpack, pack, analysis, statistics, summarize, query, transfer and other processing.
The quality data processing mainly perform terminal data disposition and connect to the Third-part control of data,decision-making system and ERP modules.
It laid a solid foundation for the realization of remote, real-time and unattended data quality control, and provided data and decision supporting for management decision.

According to the formulas, this paper used Matlab to program, handled the datum and got the relationship images of the molding pressure and the length- radius ratio and that the molding pressure and the density.
Then according to the formulas, this article used the Matlab software to program, handled the datum and got the relationship images.
Model establishment and the mechanical analysis The forces the mould undergone are shown in figure 2.Because in the whole athletic process, the shape of materials changed from the natural state to clearance reduction, then from elastic deformation to plastic deformation, and finally from plasticizing to the shaping stage, the forces are constantly changing and friction and pressure are not fully comply with the formula f=μN.

Results of the application of a model to manage complexity in some automotive companies in the West Midlands (UK) suggest that complexity reduction leads to quality improvements.
This can be done by using existing data or by directly asking the person or group of people (on the customer side) who decide whether to purchase the company supplies the following question: "Is (supplier name) the top supplier for (product supplied)?"
Selection of convenient paths This straightforward way to the company customers' requirements contributes to the system's complexity reduction.

As a consequence of the many reports of superplasticity in aluminum-based alloys, it is appropriate to compare these data by examining an earlier diagram which showed the occurrence of superplasticity in aluminum alloys fabricated using several different processing techniques [26].
An early study on ECAP processing of tungsten showed that increasing the die angle allowed a reduction of the processing temperature [31].
also this will increase the strain rate sensitivity and permit a reduction of temperature in subsequent passes.
From the data recorded in these measurements of the sliding offsets, it was possible to estimate the sliding contributions to the total strain.
Since separate data sets of sliding offsets and grain sizes were recorded for the different types of grain boundaries and phases, it was possible to determine not only the overall sliding contributions but also the individual contributions of sliding to the total strain estimated separately for the different types of interfaces.

To develop such a data-rich approach digital image correlation (DIC) is used to collect the displacement data and infra-red thermography (IRT) is used to collect temperature data.
However, it is essential that the images are synchronised temporally with the load data and any strain data collected from sensors on the specimen or loading rig.
Strain data is obtained from the images using DIC.
The strain gauge data indicates a reduction in the value of Young’s modulus with increasing strain rate, which is not as expected.
The approach also suffers from data mismatch.

An application will be presented in this paper by integrating seismic data and production data to achieve history matching.
In 1997, a method improving production history matching with time lapse seismic data was proposed.
The traditional approach needs fracture data, so it is obviously not for this reservoir.
Seismic Attribution and Reservoir Development Regularities Seismic attribute is the derivative of the original data, it provides a more informative data sources close to lithologic, reservoir, pore seam, etc.
It is expected to get more valuable information to be used to constrain the simulation, if fracture logging data and seismic data are used in combination.
