Abstract:Long-term since, our country concrete building mainly adopts the construction of the traditional mode of production, design and build extensive, poor operation condition, high labor intensity, large building materials loss and building garbage, construction quality is not stable, the whole life cycle of building energy consumption is high, the low degree of industrialization, and the energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental protection
In recent years, the China construction science research institute of southeast university, tongji university, Harbin institute of technology to study, and other units are made of prefabricated frame structure research.

Low wetting ability corresponds to low bonding
strength, and hardness phase flakes away from substrate phase easily and broken abrasion forms
when force acted on MA exceeds bonding strength of cohering materials.
MAF ECMAF MAF ECMAF Conclusions The main function of MAs in ECMAF is to remove the passive film, but the electrochemical process wipes off the substrate materials to realize the surface finishing.

The escalating issues on sustainable environment such as the necessity to reduce CO2 emission and fuel consumption including new regulations to improve the safety of passengers car had brought up the application of new innovative materials and manufacturing process in the automotive industry called hot press forming operation.
Both are common materials used in the automotive industry for hot press forming operation.
In order to achieve high strength by hot stamping with high strength steels, materials should be heated above austenitic temperature and then cooled rapidly such that the martensitic transformation will occur.
