It is clear that the fine lath martensitic texture in grains disappeared after the test, as was expected.
This value is much larger than the average pitch of the lath martensitic texture of about 0.5 mm, and smaller than the average grain size of about 20 mm.

Upon increasing temperature the α-phase thickness grows slightly, especially along the prior β grain boundaries.
The decrease in tensile strength is caused by the coarsening of the α-phase since the mechanism of plastic deformation in Ti-6Al-4V at low rates was found to be planar slip in the α-grains [5].
In connection with the low number of samples they are thought to be responsible for the data scattering, making the interpretation of ductility uncertain.

A plate length should be chosen that allows for an approximately similar number of empty plate holes in the proximal femur [1, 2].
Many scientific papers are focused on mechanical properties or corrosion resistance of different metallic biomaterials like stainless steel or titanium based alloys [11÷14] but also a number of papers deal with retrieval analysis of different orthopaedic implants used in clinical practice [15÷20].
The analysis performed (figure 4) revealed that titanium has a relatively inhomogeneous grain, scoring 6-8 according ASTM, with polyhedral grains and different shades.

The flooding sediments mainly are component of silt, and rich in calcium carbonate, containing a small number of sandy and clayey particles.
These quartz particles whose grain size is quite uniform between 0.02mm ~ 0.05mm commonly assume edge angle or hypo-edge angle, and some of them are covered with manganese-iron membrane.

The experiment discovered that air hole numbers reduce with the laser power's reduction.
The weld joint organization has obtained few low-carbon martensite,but hardness of welding joint is not very high, the metallography observation has not discovered any crack.As a result of the welding heat circulation influence, the heat-affected zone crystal grain obviously becomes coarsening, the stress gets big and the performance becomes bad, the experiment discovered that the break crack of stretch sample appears nearby the heat-affected zone and expands to the parent metal area,it shows in Figure1.

When the temperature surpasses the recrystallization temperature below Ac1 region, the deformation crystal grain appears recrystallization, which causes hardness to drop, so this region becomes the most weak link in the joint, when the joint obtained according to the standard 2 carries on the pulling test, the break occurs in this region.

Moreover, the mechanism of the grains and particles of conductivity and the lithium ion diffusion rate of the modification LiFePO4 were investigated using the high rate discharge and AC impedance spectroscopy.
Besides, the distribution of particle small grain size of samples is uniform due to citric acid decomposition of the carbon coating on the surface, which well inhibits further growth.
With increasing number of cycles, charge and discharge plateau stays unchanged, and the cell polarization is small, charge-discharge curve is very good reproducibility and high efficiency.

The alloy shows nearly lamellar microstructure with g/a2 laths phases (with average thickness 1.95 mm), variable grains size (0.08 – 1 mm) and some smaller areas without the lamellar substructure of single g phase on the grain boundaries (see Fig. 1).
For each point of the first and of the second derivatives the number of the neighbour points involved in their determination could be chosen.
The cumulative plastic strain was calculated according to the relation, where N is number of cycles.

By refining the grains, the hardness and toughness are both improved, and “self-hardening” improves the oxidation resistance as well as hardness at high temperature [5, 11].
Finally, elements such as rare earth are often added to TiAlN coating for decreasing grain size and improving the oxidation resistance.
