This is due to the fact that unique combinations of electrical, thermal, mechanical and many other properties that cannot be obtained with a coarse-grained state of matter appear in the nanoscale state [10, 11].
Nowadays, there are many ways to produce nanopowders, but they are inefficient due to a number of factors, including high cost of used precursors, highly polluted product, and high production costs [12-19].
TEM-images of the agglomerate with high content of carbon Processing of large number of TEM micrographs allowed us to construct histograms of the differential distribution of size of SiC particles (typical histogram are shown in Fig. 7).

,Ltd.).The blended powder was loaded in stainless steel vial (1000ml) and steel balls(φ10mm and φ6mm in diameters, the number of φ10mm to φ6mm ratio was 1:5) were added in the vial.
The grain size distribution of the powder mixtures was determined using a laser particle size analyzer(Easizer30, OMEC Instruments Co.

Introduction Recent years have seen a significant rise in number of research works concerning use of metallic and composite materials in medicine [1-8].
Both zirconium oxide powders were 100% crystalline and had regular, spherical shape of grain with average diameter of particles of around 30-60 micrometers.
Analysis of one-phase system (100% HA) (Fig.1a,b) as well as the HA+ZrO2 (Fig.1c,d )sinters before and after sintering reveals that grains after the process of sintering were partially crushed and they were adjacent to each other.
After the process of sintering a reduction in porosity (i.e. in number and size of pores) occurred.

As increasing in the number density of intragranular bainite laths, yield strength increases.
The bainite laths nucleated at grain boundary (intergranular bainite) form larger block or packet consisting of small blocks or bainite laths with twinned relation with each other.
Between the intragranular bainite laths with the Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship for austenite, the parallelism of the slip systems in neighboring bainite laths is so good compared with the randomly distributed grains in poly crystals and intergranular bainite [6, 8].
The shortening of duration of solution treatment increases nucleation site of intragranular bainite lath, resulting in the increase in the number density of intragranular bainite laths as well as their refinement (compare with 3(b) and 3(d), and with 3(c) and 3(e)).

In this study, the influences of the discharge voltage between the inner and outer electrode, the distance between the sample and the pulsed plasma gun, and the shot number of the pulsed plasma on coating formation and properties were investigated.
The discharge voltage be- tween the inner and outer electrode (Vgun), the distance between the sample and the pulsed plasma gun (d), and the shot number of the pulsed plasma (Npulse) are the most important factors that influence the coating formation and properties.
Results and discussion Microstructure and composition SEM images showed (Ti,Al)N samples exhibited a much less- pronounced columnar growth with nearly hexagonally equiaxed grains.
Consistent with the small grain sizes (<100nm) and dense structures of the coatings observed by SEM, the surface roughness, measured using a Wyko MHT-Ⅲ profilometer, was Ra=40-160 nm for all the coated tools, which provided the base for cutting of high precision.

Damage to curing concrete caused by traffic vibration has been observed in a number of bridges[3][7].
Final set occurs when the C-S-H phase has developed a rigid structure, all components of the paste lock into place and the spacing between grains increases as the grains are consumed by hydration [6].
Because the number of specimens was too large to prepare at one time, the casting of the specimens was divided into four parts in the test.

By the dispersion of polymer molecules, redispersible particles were dispersed evenly in cement grains .With the hydration of cement, the polymer forms film and adhere on cement hydrates, then form a whole network.
Close-grained hardened paste is also formed, because of which the spread of stress cracks is limited and the spread of defects and the tiny cracks are delayed.
It can be noted that the number of detrimental pores(>100nm) and total porosity are larger in S0.
However, after being mixed with redispersible powders, the total porosity and the number of detrimental pores are less than S0, the total porosity is only 13.89% and the proportion of innocuous pores is up to 91.73%.

Scan as a woven textile, printing image has its own characteristics, and the number of printing is relatively fixed, so images obtained in relation to natural image color distribution is relatively simple; but the printing image is printed in the textile grain, so there is difficult to overcome the "texture noise".
The existence of "texture noise" in the analysis of textile printing image segmentation process, not only to consider the color information within the various chromatic region, but also to combine with the characteristics of textile grain, then continue to analyze the pixel spatial location information in each chromatic region.
The image after the mean shift filter processed image, the color image of n pixels will replace by a finite number of the plural color information, but the kinds of color is still too much in this time, so it's disadvantage of the image clustering segmentation, therefore it's necessary to merge the pixels within little difference between the regional, to get a large area.
