Introduction
Adiabatic shear is a mechanical behavior of materials in many deformation processes, such as high
speed impact, erosion-corrosion, high-energy-rate forming and high-speed cutting.
The experimental materials were machined into disc specimens with 95mm in diameter and 3.5mm in height.

Abstract.
Analyzed the acoustic emission characteristics in different damage phases of this material using parameter analysis and waveform analysis.
experiment specimen The experiment specimens are made of ZG25CrNiMo, which is the shell material of BOP, shown as figure 1.
Figure 6 shows the waveform and spectrum of every damage stage of the BOP shell material after wavelet de-noising.

With layered structures, it is possible to design the microstructural characteristics of materials, leading to increased threshold strength.
Materials were shaped by aqueous tape casting of concentrated suspensions composed of kaolin and muscovite powders.
Conclusion The study of the processing and characterization of micro-composite materials with mullite from kaolinite and muscovite mica reveals the preferential orientations of mullite in sintered materials.

Up to now, many materials have been reported to have the resistive switching (RS) properties, such as transition metal oxides, chalcogenide materials, polymer and organic materials, amorphous Si, and graphene derivates [3].
Therein, BiFeO3 (BFO) become one of the most important materials for RS effect due to its tunability of leakage current, which broaden its potential use in novel, multifunctional device applications [5].

The raw materials were tin, silver and copper powders in micron size.
Unfortunately, the Pb based materials have toxic properties and may be harmful to health and environment [1].
Additionally, powder metallurgy offers better advantage on top of ingot metallurgy in terms of quality, cost, precision, productivity as well as by its ability to conserve raw materials through a high level of material consumption [4].
Experimental Procedure The elemental materials used in this study were 99.8% trace metal basis of Sn powder (<45 µm), 99.9% metal basis of Ag powder (5-8 µm) and 99% of Cu powder (45 µm).
