Abstract.
The ability to separate out components related to the specific rotating machme being studied from these other signals becomes very important.Order tracking is an important method for dynamic design, fault diagnosis and condition monitoring in rotating machinery.Through extracting order signal, engineers can understand engine interior structure defects in ratating parts before the machine breaks down, then adopt some predictive maintenance programmes, which reduced operating and maintenance costs.Start-stop processes are of particular abundant information in condition monitoring systems[1-3].
The experimental result has been shown that order tracking method can be used as a diagnostic feature for aeroengine faults. 1.50 0.75 0 1 3 5 7 9 0 12000 6000 rpm order amplitude Fig. 4 Rpm-order Spectrum of Vibration Signal Acknowledgement This work was supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China under Grant No. 50805032, and was partially supported by Science and Technology Program of Civil Aviation Administration of China under Grant No.
