The outer layers of the sandwich plate are different homogeneous and isotropic material properties for ceramic and metal.
Whereas the core is FGM layer, material properties vary continuously from one interface to the other in the thickness direction according to a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions.
So, the thermal load can be critical factor at high velocities environment.
In their analysis the material properties were assumed to be temperature-independent and temperature - dependent.

This was explainable by their respective separation factors (RL),which indicatedhigher favorability of kaolin for Pb than for Cu.
The mixture was then placed in a mechanical shaker and shaken for 24h at room temperature (25±1°).
AdsorptionIsotherms.Isotherm models are used to describe adsorption reactions, with parameters of the equation expressing the surface properties of the adsorbent.
This was explainable possibly by their respective separation factors (RL), which indicated higher favorability of kaolin for Pb over Cu.

The variation of those properties was determinate following the influence of the reinforcement percentage.
Significant changes of thermophysical properties weren’t noticed at temperatures limits between 20÷600°C and different proportion of reinforcement, though the properties are lower compared to the unreinforced matrix.
Fig.6 The influence of alumina proportion and temperature on the thermal diffusivity Conclusion In the present work it was observed that grading fraction, fraction ratio and reinforcement proportion of Al-Al2O3 mixtures used are the principal causes that alter the level of technological properties, properties that affect the compression capacity of mixtures.
The nature and the quantity of the lubricant are factors that influence the densification of the samples after sintering.

On the basis of analyzing the properties of the Camellia oleifera peel and seed, for the purpose of solving the problem of the separation of peel and seed, a device has been designed based on the aerodynamic principles.
Way of rubbing roller by squeezing the fruit can achieve the mechanical shelling of camellia ,however,if want to further processing, the pericarp and seed mixtures of camellia after mechanical shelling must be separated.
Theoretical Analysis In order to have a better guidance on the production and to find out the factors that can possiblely affect the separation, the theoretical analysis of air separation on the material after shelling of Camellia oleifera should be carried out.Air separation is to use of the different of aerodynamic characteristics of materials to separate, extractions in the field of indoor air cleaning as free individuals rather than groups in the form of movement, Therefore, the movement and dynamic of extractions were analyzed,The extractions of the individual was as a point of mass m.

Each of the processing steps starting from casting till the finishing operation influence the final mechanical, corrosion, and cosmetic properties.
However, in the commercial production, some of the processing steps maybe compromised to reduce costs without significantly affecting the final properties.
However, moving beyond a certain heating rate may negatively impact the final properties since the microstructural features might change significantly.
Variety of factors affect the formation and extent of PCG viz. extrusion ratio, container temperature, billet temperatures, die designs, cooling rate post extrusion and the microstructural features of billet [12,1,17,18].

There are many repair methods, of which thermal spraying, surfacing welding, and electroplating are main technologies according to chemical composition and mechanical properties of shafts to analyze the special structural organization, and the bonding between coating and substrate. 2.1 Thermal spraying Thermal spraying is a kind of surface roughing technologies, is an important part of the surface engineering technologies.
Surfacing Welding Surfacing welding is the process that certain performance alloy deposits onto the surface of the substrate by use of heat resource, which gives special properties of material of the substrate or restore parts the original shape and size [5~8].
Surfacing welding is one of effective repair methods for shafts in boats and ships due to wear, so when surfacing welding, there are the following factors considered: (1)lower dilution rate; (2)higher deposited rate; (3)size, shape, complexity and batch of workpiece; (4)the lowest cost.
Plating can effectively repair wear mechanical parts[9,10].
There is a shortcoming that mechanical properties can change with the increasing thickness of the coating, and deposited rate can slower.

Some authors correlated the fatigue strength to the coating thickness of the zinc layer [1] while other authors did not support any specific correlation of loss in the fatigue properties due to the coating thickness [2,3].
Vogt et al. [4], by appropriately employing the Kitagawa–Takahashi diagram were able to identify a threshold value of the coating thickness not affecting the fatigue behavior of unnotched components made of structural steels.

Material properties of Inconel 600 for plastic instability analysis ysσ (MPa) utσ (MPa) K (MPa) ν n 261.0 652.0 2901.68 0.3 0.36 Title of Publication (to be inserted by the publisher) In this study L is assumed to have the values of 25.4, 50.8 and 200 mm and the wear depth ratio (d/t) is assumed to range from 0.0 to 0.9.
Generally the burst pressure from the plastic instability analysis is very sensitive to the material properties.
The discrepancy between experimental data is probably due to the differences in test methods and mechanical properties caused by different heat treatment and so on.
However the burst pressure for the Model 2 is not much affected by the increase of wear length.

Many factors affect the accuracy of bending springback; the fluctuation of material performance and technological condition can also cause larger springback value of bending parts, even though the trademark and the batch of the material are both the same.
The blue print of intelligent control system of cap-shape bending After the theoretical calculation, the numerical simulation and the experimental study, we know that many factors may account for the springback of cap-shape bending.
