Study on Degradation of dyes wastewater by N-doped TiO2 Chaolin Miao1,a, Hui Wang1,b 1College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Xinxiang University, Henan Xinxiang 453000,China aEmail:xiaomiao777@126.com,bEmail:wyzhui19@163.com Keywords: nano-sized TiO2; N-doping; photocatalysis degradation Abstract:nano-sized TiO2 doped with different percentage of N was prepared quickly by sol-gel process, and the photocatalytic properties of degradation dyes wastewaters were studied under stimulant solar light irradiation in the ambient air.
Photocatalytic activity of TiO2 depends on its crystal structure, specific surface area, doping type and surface hydroxyl concentration [6-7].
In this paper, using sol -gel prepared N-TiO2 nanoparticles catalyst and using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy to characterize photocatalyst structure and test.the photocatalytic effect by using the catalyst and wastewater solution of methylene blue dye.

The Degradation of Methyl Orange with NiO/γ-Al2O3 Photocatalyst by Plasma-Assisted Preparation Danyang Xiea, Qiurong Lib,Haiyan Xiaoc, Hongxiao Lud,Ranran Wange College of Environmental and Chemical Engineering, Hebei Key Laboratory of Applied Chemistry, Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao 066004, Hebei Province, China a danyangx1997@sina.com, bqiurong@ysu.edu.cn (corresponding author), cxiaohaiyan@ysu.edu.cn,dxiaoxiaoying275@163.com,e511827949@qq.com Keywords: NiO/γ-Al2O3, photocatalysis, non thermal plasma, degradation, methyl orange Abstract.
The characteristic peaks of NiO were not observed, the distinct diffraction peaks of Al2O3 and NiAl2O4 were observed, NiAl2O4 formed by the solid-state reaction between NiO and Al2O3 at elevated temperature has an inverse spinel structure.
The specific surface area measurement is important method on catalysts characterization, as chemical constitute and structure of catalysts is definite, the activity of catalysts is influenced by specific surface area.

Synthetic Study towards Aculeatin A and B ZHANG Jian-Tinga, ZHU Cheng-Linb, Chen Shi-Penga, WANG Ruic, HUANG Shuang-Ping a*, WANG Xiao-Jia* a School of Pharmacy, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, Jiangxi 330013, China; b School of Life Science, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, Jiangxi 330013, China; c School of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, Jiangxi 330013, China Keywords: antimalarial, aculeatins, polyspiroketal skeleton Abstract: A practical and diastereoselective synthetic study towards the cytotoxic and antimalarial compounds aculeatin A and B is described, which started from commercially available 1-tetradecanol and proceeded through a key Evans aldol reaction.
In addition, they showed potential antibacterial activity and cytotoxicity together with the presence of structurally fascinating 1,7-dioxadispiro [5.1.5.2]-pentadecane spirocyclic skeleton, so aculeatin A-D aroused substantial interest culminating in several total syntheses.[1] In 2000, Heilmann and co-workers disclosed the isolation and structures of aculeatins, showed in Figure 1, a novel type of polyspirocyclic natural products, from the rhizome of Amomyn aculeatum.[2-3] Later, aculeatin A and B were synthesized for the first time in enantiopure using an asymmetric allylation by Marco et al.[4] In 2007, Kinghorn and co-workers have isolated the new members of this family, the aculeatols, the amomols, and novel analogues of aculeatin having a shorter lipophilic side chain.[5-6] Because of their antiprotozoal and antibacterial properties and the synthetic challenge in elaborating well-defined three-dimensional structures inherent to their polyspiroketal skeleton, we decided to synthesize

Recently, attention has been focused on creating a well-defined surface topography of biomaterials, a feature that is known to initially affect biological response in addition to surface chemistry [3].
A number of studies have been conducted to evaluate the relationship between surface structure, dimensions and tissue growth on HA [4, 5].
The structure of the nHA was analyzed using a Phillip X-ray diffractometer at 40kV and 40mA with the scanning range set at 25˚-50˚ with a step size of 0.05˚ and a scan time of 6s.
