Using soil and sand curing blocks instead of concrete blocks in the application of Yangtze River beach protection engineering has advantages of technology, economy and environment protection etc.
In recent years, Ballast geotextile mattress beach protection has been widely used in the Yangtze waterway engineering.
Except from the cement, lime and other cementitious materials, many new engineering cementitious materials have been developed at home and abroad based on the need for industrial solid waste solidification and civil engineering and other engineering curing [1,2].
River Soil and Sand Blocks in Beach Protection Works Dongliu-yudai Beach Engineering Applications.
Based on the application of PCSB and blocks production, paving and other technology, good ecological, environmental benefits and social, economic benefits can be produced in the Yangtze River beach protection engineering.

There arises a question that whether water
environment has direct effect on strength of rocks and long-term stability of rock engineering?
Furthermore, optimum measurements can be found to accelerate or restrain cracking of rocks and rock masses due to chemical corrosion for rock engineering proposes. 4.2 Utility of chemical induced cracking Effect of water chemical corrosion on strength and cracking characters of rocks can be used to as a guide geo-engineering.
One is to control cracking of rocks/rock masses induced by water chemical corrosion to improve stability of geo-engineering.
