Microstructural differences of Adhered Material in the Tool Edge and
Tool Rake Face.
So, machining processes, as drilling, are continuously improved by using new tools materials, redesigned tool geometries and specially selected cutting parameters.
From the results reported in these works it can be concluded that BUL and BUE formation mechanisms can be different depending mainly on both tool and workpiece materials.

Introduction
Acoustic emission (AE) is a naturally-occurring phenomenon in materials, in which the rapid release of energy from localized damage such as cracking generates elastic stress waves within the materials.
Conclusion A continuum-mechanics model for AE wave propagation in layered materials has been examined.

b) Domestic raw material suppliers can only provide materials of general requirements; it is difficult to meet the technical requirements, quality requirements and inspection requirements of nuclear materials.
c) Localization of nuclear power materials still remains to be done.
Countermeasures and suggestions In view of the existing problems of procurement and manufacturing of nuclear power materials, we need to do a lot of work: (a) Establish Chinese nuclear power standards and nuclear materials system America ASTM has a set of material system on materials which are used in the nuclear reactor pressure vessel.
