Once the absorbed water vapour has massed, the water is transgressed into the mass of material.
Decreasing temperature of the surrounding environment causes the increase of partial pressure of water vapour and increased transformation of water vapour into liquid state – condensation.
Gasser’s model does not consider capillary transport of water in construction materials.
