Targeted control of the mentioned factors in general, and the top subgrade layer properties in particular, mainly depends on the properties of applied materials.
The method is based on the mathematical processing of the conclusions made by respected experts in the field of building materials science, design, construction, and operation of transport facilities based on the main factors (criteria) selected by the reference analysis [15-19] as having the greatest impact on the serviceability of the subgrade of transport constructions.

For journal publishers, no matter publishing in what kind of media, the first thing is to determine the theme together with the readers, and then plan how to find and collect relevant materials, and then refine, recompose and beautify the materials, and try to attract readers.
It has become one of survival strategies of the journals.
Even so, the paper journals is not without any merits.

Cathode materials, traditionally used in industries, such as LiCoO2 , LiNiO2 , LiMn2O4 have pretty good electric performance, but expensive raw materials and toxic cobalt make them unsuitable for large-sized batteries production [1].
The cathode material LiFePO4 (LFP) is the best studied material among cathodes of the polyanion type (class of materials with tetrahedral structural unit (XO4)n-, and its derivatives (XmO3m+1)n- where (X=P, S, As, Mo, W), connected with the polygons MOx, where М is transition metals) [2-4].
However, as many other similar cathode materials of the polyanion type, Li2FeSiO4, still has insufficient conductivity (6*10-14Cm/cm) [8].
