Compared with container-type separator, gas-liquid cyclone separator has such advantages as simpler structure, lower cost, lighter weight and etc.
However, in the design process, by selecting the appropriate model to some extent can also optimize the structure of separator.

Both the structure and the properties of composite electrocoatings are influenced by the electrolysis conditions, the type of the current applied (direct current, pulse current) and the characteristics (type, mean diameter, concentration) of the particles used.
The presence of the particles changes the structure of the p.c. deposit in the similar way described above.

However, this is currently carried out by chemical etching, which enhance the efficiency of the lattice structure and causes pollution with its waste.
But chemical etching is still commonly used, the substances’ lattice structure not only limits the efficiency, the waste of chemical etching causes environmental pollution.

Therefore, in this paper, the dry-method synthesized P-N intumescent flame retardant (IFR, melamine phosphate) [6], in association with poly(ammonium phosphate) (APP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), are used to flame retardant polypropylene, and the thermal degradation process, flammability, structure of residual carbon and flame-retardant mechanism of the flame-retardant PP have been investigated.

Preparation, characterization and magnetic property of MFe2O4 (M=Mn, Zn, Ni, Co) nanoparticles Li-Xia Yanga, Sha Lib, Jing Zhangc, Zhou Chend, Shi-Cheng Xue School of Chemistry and Materials Science, Ludong University, Yantai, 264025, China ayanglx2003@163.com, b904928433@qq.com, c723997697@qq.com, d905041967@qq.com, exushichengself@163.com Keywords: ferrite; preparation; magnetic property Abstract.
The synthesis procedure of ZnFe2O4, NiFe2O4 and CoFe2O4 were the same to that of MnFe2O4, except that 2mmol ZnCl2, NiCl2 and CoCl2 were used instead of MnCl2. 2.2 Characterization X-ray diffraction (XRD, Rigaku D/max 2500 VPC, Japan) was used to analyze the composition and crystal structure of the prepared products.
The broad diffraction peaks correspond to Bragg reflections of (111), (220), (311), (222),(400), (422), (511), and (400) planes, which suggests the formation of single phase CoFe2O4 with cubic structure.

In order to realize the product’s reliability design, the traditional statistical analysis on failure data must be changed to analysis on failure process, engineering design and analysis methods such as thermal analysis and vibration analysis should be used sufficiently to design the reliability requirement into the product. [1,2] Reliability theory on physics of failure considers that failure not only should be researched by statistical methods to identify the reliability of the product passively, but also it should be studied with more active methods from multi-angles such as material, structure, stress, strength, and damage accumulation etc, thus ‘when to failure’ and ‘why it is failure’ should be studied comprehensively [3,4].
Reliability Method on Physics of Failure According to theory on physics of failure, failure is induced by the basic process of stress effects such as mechanics, heat, electronics, and chemistry etc, scientific principles of material and structure to the stress and stress-damage of the product are used, engineering analysis techniques are utilized to systemic analyze the potential failure information, thus underlying danger of the product is evaluated, and the reliability of electronic products can be predicted, tested, estimated and designed.

A limited number of hydridosilanes with structures analogous to alkylthiols [2] have been reported to modify gold substrates [3].
The results suggest a possible pathway for the precise formation of functional structures on metal substrates at the nanoscale using sequential and hierarchical fabrication methodologies. 5.

Three major peaks were observed with 2θ values at 24.1o, 39.2o and 46.5o which can be assigned to the diffraction planes (111), (220) and (311) respectively, consistent with the characteristic peaks of cubic zinc blende crystal structure.
These attractive structures and properties may have applications in a variety of areas such as biomaterials, nanodevices, and electrochemistry.
