In the past few years there is a considerable interest in the study and application of the mullite, due to its chemical, physical and mechanical properties, in which are correlated with the synthesis method used.
Aiming to achieve better structural and morphological properties, many synthesis methods are being studied, in which the Pechini method is highlighted, which is today one of the most viable methods and successful technique used in the preparation of nanosized materials.
It has excellent properties, such as: low thermal expansion(20/200°C= 4 x 10-6 K-1),high thermal stability, low density (3,17 g/cm3), low thermal conductivity (k = 2,0Wm-1K-1),good mechanical strength and creep resistance, good stability in harsh chemical environments, among others [3,4].
The ceramic properties of mullite depends, on the other hand, mainly, of the composition, the purity of the reagents, the homogeneous mixture of substances that will react to form the mullite and the synthesis process used.
In this sense, many synthesis methods are being studied in order to achieve better structural and morphological properties, such as: reactive sintering of powders of alumina and silica [5], Sol-gel process [6], co-precipitation [7], hydrothermal processes [8] and chemical vapor depositionprocesses [9].

Roll pass sequence
Matrix (Latin square) of incomplete factor analysis was compiled (table 1) in order to determine the patterns of relationships of the influence of the speed mismatch during continuous high-speed rolling according to the oval-round-oval sequence (see Figure 1).
The deviation of the roll rotation frequency in the considered stand (first and/or third) from the rotation frequency of the rolls corresponding to the matched mode determined by the simulation results was chose as the factors affecting the technological parameters of the rolling process.
Also, when setting the tasks, the following conditions were accepted: - the rolling process is symmetrical; - the working tool is a completely rigid body; - the rolled material is characterized by uniformity and isotropy of properties, and its rheology is represented by the dependence of the yield stress on the basic thermomechanical parameters; - the contact interaction is described by shear types of friction with the value of the friction factor is 1.

It was the purpose of the present study to correlate the
anisotropic properties of AA 5005 sheets with their crystallographic texture.
The VPSC model is a very versatile polycrystal approach which accounts for anisotropic properties of both the individual crystals and the aggregate as a whole.
The average Taylor factor can then readily be computed by integration over the Taylor factors of the individual orientations that make up the sheet texture.
Stress/strain curves were then obtained by inputting the resultant Taylor factors in Eq. (2).

The viscosity property is a good example.
This research focus on the numerical studies of the two important factors of rotary control valve in water hydraulics: one is the flow characteristics, which directly affects the design of the valve, such as the size and shape, the other is the flow induced torque, which greatly affects the performance of the valve and determines the selection of prime mover.
Among them, the flow characteristic and the flow torque are the two important hydrodynamic factors of rotary spool valve.

At present, the research of PPS filter media mainly concentrated in failure reason analysis of filter media in use and the influence of flue gas compositions on the performance of filter media, and the high-temperature performance of PPS filter media was studied mostly by changes of mechanical performance under high temperature[3-5].
According to the TG and DTG curves of PPS filter media, heating rate affects the thermal weight loss significantly.
When the rate of thermal degradation is low, the thermal degradation rate of PPS filter media thermal degradation product is less than the diffusion rate, the thermal degradation process is less affected by the diffusion process, Thus kinetic parameter value is low; When thermal degradation rate increases, the thermal degradation rate may exceed the diffusion rate through melt of thermal degradation products, the thermal degradation of the polymer by the thermal degradation of control into a diffusion controlled process, the resulting kinetic parameters value increases.

On the one hand, the holding force of each clip on batteries’ electrode is one of the main factors to influence the contact resistance and voltage drop on them.
It is found obviously from the actual production that the holding force on the electrode, exerted by clips, is a key factor to affect both the battery charging and discharging performance and the consistency of li-ion batteries[2].
Since the inaccuracy of the spring, machining and mechanical assembly, the clip’s holding force of the same specification is even different, no matter in the same or different batches.
In this way, circuit and working temperature[3] has a great influence on the signal, and affects the accuracy of measurement.

And the structural design of frames is not only concerned with the functional reliability of vehicles, but also a key influential factor to the vehicle vibration characteristics.
According to properties of engine excitation, the vertical and lateral vibration level differences between two ends of cab’s four isolators was measured and shown in Fig.4.
It could be speculated that stiffness insufficiency of frame’s front part and cab mounting brackets were kind of important influential factors to be paid more attention to.
It could be concluded from the case study in this paper that frame structure is a significant influential factor of vehicle vibration level.
