Analysis and Prevention of Early Commercial Concrete Crack with Material Properties LiWei Zhang Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Xinxiang University Xinxiang China 453003 zlw198324@126.com Key words: commodity concrete; early cracks; cause analysis; control measures Abstract: Concrete in constant access to technology development, intensification of its early shrinkage cracks caused by problems in the early works become an urgent problem.
And on this basis, the proposed early modern concrete cracks crack control philosophy to early shrinkage of concrete cracking on the goods to instruct the control, service and engineering.
So far about the product is still early concrete shrinkage cracks academics keen to study the subject , it is urgent desire to solve engineering engineering problems .
The relative humidity of the surrounding environment of early performances, especially on the concrete shrinkage performance is great, good engineering practice reflects this .

It is a hard engineering problem for the shield machine passing through the capital airport apron in shallow soft soil.
Engineering situation Design overview.
Engineering characteristics (1)The control of ground subsidence is very strict, which leads the difficult construction.
In this engineering, the pressure of the synchronous grouting inlet was chosed 1.1 ~ 1.2 times of static soil pressure, grouting pressure≤0.28Mpa.

From the civil commotion in Tunisia on 17 Dec. 2010 to early Apr. 2011, the crude oil futures prices at the New York Mercantile Exchange and the International Petroleum Exchange (based in London) climbed by 28.2% and 38.1%, respectively, bringing a strong impact on the world’s petroleum supply [7].
The Libyan Civil War, which broke out in Feb. 2011 and involved the participation of multinational forces, was aimed at Libya’s petroleum and natural gas resources.
In the coal sector, China should make every effort to introduce internationally advanced technology with regard to coal clean utilization, such as clean coal technology, coal bed methane, coal chemical engineering and coal liquefaction.

In such a complex building environment, how to fast, safely and economically construct metro engineering is worthy to be studied.
There are some applications of this method in metro engineering abroad, however, currently no ones in China.
Such a large-diameter EPB shield used in metro engineering construction is the first one in China.
