Introduction
In the mechanical process of many parts, the number of parts which is treated with grinding as the final process reaches to 80% of the total amount.
As for the average particle size of the grinding wheel, there would contain at least one or more of grain per square millimeter is on the work.
So, in a high speed grinding conditions within a small area, there has a high density of grain in grinding.
This makes the number of abrasive in contact with the parts increase significantly.
To simplify the model of analyzing issues, it is generally simplified as follows: Assuming a diameter ofgrinding wheel, its’ cutter width discoid, which distributed on the surface in the cutter and the same number of abrasive on the wheel cutting edge; cutting edge was equidistant distributed on the outer circumference of the tool.

SPT test is an in-situ test method, it is to play a certain depth probe into the required compaction number N to evaluation method for sand density, the method overcomes the defects of the existing test methods of two kinds of indoor.
Because the sand soil is a single grain structure, the self weight of long-term stress, sand is gradually compaction.
For standard penetration test in the frequent changes in the cross layer, it’s very difficult to obtain accurate data of SPT blow count pure sand layer N, the number is generally small.
With the increase of the clay content, it adjust to the effect of clay the powder cement and its structure unceasing enhancement, the main stable, mosaic effect.[8] That is to say, as the clay content increased, the clay by lubrication is closely grained, mosaic effect, the anti liquefaction ability with the clay content increases.

As shown in Fig. 4a, it is seen that after shock wave loading along ND twinning appear in all the grains having mainly 86◦ misorientation around <110> with the matrix which are {102} tension twinning.
Furthermore, it reveals a significant decrease in the strain-to-failure compared to the as-received conditions and is due to the generation and storage of large numbers of defects such as twins, dislocations and stacking faults during the shock wave loading course.
A large number of deformation twinning were found in the samples with the true strain of 2.1% while few twinning for the 3.5%.

In another work [3] on micro-cutting of soda-lime glass using side-milling performed by employing up-milling technique with by 4-fluted TiAlN coated super-fine grained cemented carbide tool (3 mm diameter) at 1000 rpm; Arif et al. observed that the feed per edge was the most dominant factor which governed the mode of machining in side-milling.
A micro-grain cemented carbide tool with plasma CVD coating (diameter = 2 mm, number of flutes = 2) was used for machining rectangular pieces of soda lime glass (dimensions = 20 mm x 15 mm x 5 mm, Composition: 73% SiO2, 14% Na2O, 9% CaO, 4% MgO, 0.15% Al2O3).
Results and Discussion To observe the critical depth of cut and the transition between ductile and brittle mode, a number of inclined cuts were made on the glass workpiece.

Appearance, microstructure and elemental composition of the melting crucible In the process of hard firing of melting crucibles, all organic constituents are removed, and the yttrium aluminum binder sinters the grains of fused corundum, forming a ceramics of a mixed composition: α-Al2O3–Y3Al5O12∙α-Al2O3.
Microphotographs of the melting crucible surface show that the yttrium aluminum binder envelops and sinters well corundum grains.

Summary 1) The seeder uses the modular design concept, which has the characteristics of simple installation and easy to repair. 2) The system uses wireless transmission communication mode, which greatly improves the reliability of the system. 3) This design adopts high precision sensors and wireless transmission, which enhances the sensitivity of the system. 4) The counting and leakage monitoring system of this system is only effective for large seeds, so it is not suitable for the grain monitoring.
