A series of speeds has been chosen to test the accuracy of the software by Dazheng Wang; It showed that the simulation method that FLOW-3D is employed to simulation the fluid field of the ship and predict resistance of it can replace part of the model test to save the costs, which has a good agreement between the simulation results and experiment data, especially the trends of resistance curves of the simulation results and experiment data, are basically consistent with each other [4].
At the design speed, the resistance of the TKS is significantly reduced and with a maximum reduction about 30% comparing with the RBS and 50% comparing with the SKS 2.

The results of simulations show that even minor amount of free gas causes sound speed reduction in a low frequency range and drastic non-monotonic changes at frequencies close to the resonance frequency of bubbles.
As it follows from the numerical data obtained, sound attenuation in a polydisperse mixture at different frequencies may be both less and more than in an equivalent monodisperse system.

After cold storage at 4 o C for 24 h, presence of OS rice starch reduced retrogradation of rice starch mixtures as indicated by reduction of measured retrogradation parameters based on the three abovementioned rheological properties. 1.Introduction Modification of starch with octenyl succinic anhydride(OSA) was patented by Caldwell andWurzburg [2].
Data were statistically analyzed by an analysis of variance (ANOVA) test procedure and differences identified by Tukey's HSD test (p , 0.05) using SPSS 12.0 for Windows (SPSS Inc., IL, USA). 3 Results and Discussion 3.1 Degree of substitution DS of the octenyl succinate starch used in the experiment was 0.016. 3.2 Pasting property RVA pasting curves of the normal rice starch, octenylsuccinate starch and blends of native and OS starch are shown in Fig (not shown) and the RVA parameters are listed (Table not shown).
These experimental data fitted well with power law and Casson's model (r 2of 0.95-0.98 and 0.94-0.99,respectively).

In order to get a better handle on the effects of corrosion pillowing on the integrity of the lap joints, data regarding the chemical composition of the corrosion product of LY12CZ were used to develop a mathematical model for correlating the amplitude of the pillowing deformation of the outer skin of a lap joint toe the degree of corrosion within the joint.
The stresses resulting from the internal pressure, and the reduction in thickness caused by the material loss were well taken into account.
Fig.3 shows that the results of three-dimensional FE model are good agreement with the mathematical data and prove that the FE model in this paper is correct.
