Introduction
Recycling means reusing a material either in civil engineering projects or other capacities that has been previously used, and would usually bring economics and environmental benefits to the society.
In this paper, asphalt, concrete and cement were used as the recycled materials in pavement engineering and this behaviour had established good impacts on the above aspects.
