The establishment of the physical model Related hypothesis. 1) Material continuous and for isotropic; 2) the laser absorptive of materials surface not changing with temperature; 3) Ignore the molten pool flow; 4) Ignore material vaporization; 5) Because of laser heating time is very short, do not consider molten pool liquid flow on temperature field influence.

Materials and Method Synthesis of nitrogen coated on carbon 2g of urea and 1g of PVP were dissolved in 50 mL of ultra-pure water.
For nitrogen-doped carbon, Fe-N/Gt catalyst has the smallest particle size thus increase the electrocatalytic activity of materials.

Composite materials have superior properties than those of the individual components when used alone depending on the type of materials being combined [3].
The concept behind composite materials is the combination of two or more materials in creating a new engineered material [4].
The classification of composite materials is based on the binder material, which binds or holds the filler materials, usually a polymer matrix, and the filler material, usually the fibers, sheets, fragments, particles, or whiskers of natural or synthetic material [1].

Introduction Mg-Li alloys are the lightest structural materials with high stiffness ratios, good machining properties, good magnetic screening and shock resistance ability.
The materials were melted in vacuum induction furnace with an ambient of pure argon.
With the materials and melting method, Mg-8.5Li-1Al-1Ce alloys were prepared.
