Table1 The dimension and numbers of samples Processing project Planning Sanding Shaping Drilling Mortising Crosscutting Dimension:thick× wide ×long [mm] 19×102×910 10×102×305 19×76×305 19×102 Numbers of samples [piece] 30 30 60 Testing and Evaluation Method.
At the same time, weighted-average number was determined by process's impact on product quality, weighted-average number of planning, sanding, crosscutting and shaping was 2 and weighted-average number of mortising and drilling was 1.
The comprehensive marks were the sum of the test marks of per process multiplied by the corresponding weighted-average number, full marks 50 points.
According to the criteria ASTM D1666-87, a hollow chisel was used to process the connected square mortise and it was as far as possible to make two edges of mortise perpendicular to the wood grain and other two edges parallel to the wood grain in processing.

Materials are characterised by constitutive relations which involve a number of constants to be determined normally by experiment.
Saso et al [13] conducted a number of tests on Hopkinson bar and obtained the engineering stress-strain curves of some materials.
The first constant, , usually takes account of the grain size of material which is defined by the relation in which d is grain size. 1.3 Determination of material constants Material parameters can be determined by a wide variety of experimental and numerical techniques.
The number of coefficients which needs to be obtained from the simultaneous solution of a system of n algebraic equations specifies the number of numerical simulations required for each test (tensile or compressive).
For instance, for n=4 the number of coefficients of Eq. (6) will be 15

Heat treatment can make the steel result in higher strength as well as better toughness because it has an effect on the microstructure and grain size.
(2) Higher strength and better toughness by alloying Nb, V, and Ti elements and fine-grained microstructure as a result of heat treatment.
The number in steel grades of Europe and China is the nominal steel yield strength, while others are not.
Material Property of High Strength Structural Steels Based on a large number of tension coupon test data, the material property of high strength structural steels is researched from four aspects, including the stress-strain curves, Y/T ratio, ductility and toughness.
(4) The toughness of the high strength fine grained structural steels is better than that of ordinary strength steels, and the toughness is thus unrelated to the Y/T ratio.

The rapid increase in the capacity of the constructed gas pipelines and, in connection with this, the possibility of increasing the number and length of such destructions, have drawn great attention of researchers to this problem in many countries [7].
Brittle fractures are observed when a number of circumstances coincide, and therefore rarely occur suddenly and often lead to the complete destruction of the structure, as a result of which the consequences of such fractures are severe and even tragic.
Thus, as a result of improved maintenance, a fine-grained ferrite-pearlite microstructure (grain score 9-10), which has a high yield strength, 7-10 times higher impact strength in a wide temperature range (up to -60°C) and increased corrosion resistance, especially against stress corrosion cracking.
This is due to the fact that chromium provides increased corrosion resistance due to the enrichment of the grain surface with chromium atoms and the formation of compounds that protect the metal from contact with an aggressive environment.
Designation: 1 – CS 2 – CS 3 - AR According to [16], the process of stress corrosion cracking of pipelines has a number of successive stages, which are schematically presented in Fig. 12.

The material used in this study was sectioned from a disc forging and typically displays a bimodal microstructure of α and β grains, as given in Fig. 1.
The alloy has a predominantly equiaxed microstructure with randomly orientated texture and a primary alpha grain size of 20μm and a volume fraction of 60% primary alpha.
The behaviour is highly comparable to the response that would typically be expected from a uniaxial stress (S) – number of fatigue cycles to failure (N) curve, in that as the load range applied to the specimen is increased, the number of cycles required to produce failure decreases.
Fig. 5(a) shows that the total displacement values gradually increase with an increasing number of fatigue cycles, similar to what would typically be expected in a uniaxial fatigue response.
A series of test results have been presented from novel experiments on the titanium alloy forged Ti-6Al-4V from which a load-number of fatigue cycles to failure curve was determined.

Maintenance of volumetric ratio for the precursors at 1:1 was expected an improved grain structure as well as optoelectronic properties of the product materials. 1.2.
A fluorescence transmission infra-red (FTIR) spectrometer (IR affinity-1, Shimadzu, Japan) recorded the FTIR spectra in the wave number range of 4000-400cm-1.
From the slope of the plot, the average grain size was calculated for the samples.
The grain size D was estimated from the y-intercept and the strain ε from the slope of the plot respectively.
The estimated values of degree of dissociation and transference number were used to determine the ionic mobility and the diffusion coefficients of CuS ionic solutions.

In addition, the influence of the burnisher passes number on the surface layer quality was determined [3].The paper will present the research results of contact fatigue examination of samples after finish machining.
Burnishing process enables surface working at high dimensional precision (accuracy class 7 and 6 ) which gives the following advantages [4,5]: · ability to achieve high smoothness (Ra = 0.32 – 0.04 µm)of the surface and high bearing surface of roughness profile (90%), · increasing the surface hardness, · increasing resistance to surface as well as volumetric fatigue, · increasing resistance to abrasive and mashing wear, · lack of abrasive grain, chips, sharp and hard built-up edge fragments on burnished surface, · possibility of using burnish tools on universal lathes (the concept of one stand working), · eliminating or limiting the time consuming operations such a: honing, lapping, grinding and · polishing, · ability to eliminate heat treatment in specific cases, · high process efficiency ( one working transition of a tool) and reduction of production costs, · high durability of burnishers, · decreasing the expenses related to machine parts production.
The influence of the number of burnishing passes on surface roughness and surface layer hardness was also determined within the research.

Abstract. 500 MPa level hot-rolled ribbed bars of fine grains (HRBF500) is a successfully developed new-type steel in Chain.
Non-prestressed longitudinal reinforcements of the test beams were ultra-fine grained steels with characteristic value of yielding strength 500 MPa (HRBF500).

A significant improvement was obtained when CNTs were localised at alumina grain boundaries [28].
There are also a great number of studies on sol-gel processing routes to modify the surface of CNTs.
In this regard, densification can be achieved in short time without substantial grain growth.
The authors [28] also showed that CNTs addition changed the grain size of the resultant matrix and the hardness, which correlates with grain size, was also affected by this effect.
Therefore, it is easy to understand why CNT nanocomposites have generated so much interest in industry and academia resulting in the large number of recent publications, as reviewed in this paper.

For the large number of applications in the real environment of reader of the central control and more practical decentralized control approach to management, analysis and point out their inadequacies, A network structure, which provides a good management and control of the reader and meets the demand of it’s application in the real world, is proposed and its demonstration system is accomplished.
In these systems, control and management of the reader is central control [6], which connect a computer as terminal console that control the reader to open, close, read and write through network with a number of readers through the router or switch to form a small network.
Central control mode topology The advantage of this mode of operation is the unified operation of all readers, which is efficient and fast, at the same time, when the number of the readers needs to be adjusted, readers can be connected to or removed from the network, which has good openness and almost does not affect the operation of other part of Internet Of Things.
In addition, the number of the readers controlled by each computer is limited so that the reliability of each computer in the system is also improved
Based on decentralized control mode, the number of computers as control terminals directly connected to the router is increased.
