This increased interest can be attributed to the fact that the optical and electrical properties of these materials are highly dependent on particle size, and that materials make this very simple due to superior particle size control [12].

Abstract: Aluminum alloys have been increasingly applied as a structural material in
composite materials using metal matrix due to their excellent mechanical properties and low
weight.
The results show that the method used is effective to obtain composite materials with improved characteristics.
Introduction The metal matrix composites, which were designed with the aim to conjugate the desired characteristics of two or more materials, constitute one of the most important research fields in materials science and engineering since the beginning of 60 decade.

In this study, polyvinylpyrrolidone (MW ~ 1,300,000, PVP), titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP), ethanol and acetic acid from Sigma-Aldrich were used as the starting materials.
Summary TiO2 nanofibers were prepared successfully via simple and efficient electrospinning method by using PVP and TTIP as starting materials and heat treated under different temperature.

MnZn-ferrites falls under the class of materials with the spinel crystal system with the general formula of AB2O4.
Rare earth materials are known for its appealing electrical insulation properties with high values of electrical resistivity.
As the rare-earth materials plays important parts in defining the magnetic anisotropy, rare-earth substituted spinel ferrite might be a potential competitor for hexagonal ferrites and garnets [5].

The state of the art technology to cut these parts within a high volume production is a progressive punching process using metal strips from coils as semi-finished materials.
As a result, material thicknesses from 0.05 up to 0.5 mm for many metal materials used in industry can be remote cut by means of single mode fiber laser with final velocities between 50 and 1000 m/min.
