In the stacked structure of stackable four-layered piezoelectric power generation device, the piezoelectric element being made of PZT-5H material is sandwiched between the rubber materials with the dimensions of 38 mm length, 38 mm width, and 3 mm thickness (the rubber material thickness is 2.6 mm), which was shown in Fig. 2.
