However, even small differences of the initial parameters can affect the result.
The sheet metal strip is drawn by a mechanical gripper.
The geometric properties were tolerated with +/0.1 mm.
However, the existing difference may be caused by various other factors.
The results show that tool life is significantly affected by the prevailing load.

A study on Preparation Methods of LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 Cathode Materials1 Fengrao Lang College of Mechanical and Architecture Engineering, Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology University, Jilin 132101,Jilin Province,China fengrao1982@163.com Keywords: Cathode materials, LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 ,co-precipitation Abstract.
In preparing LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 materials by coprecipitation method, temperature on the properties of materials have great effect, low temperature, crystallization of the material is not very good, the grain size is even, the temperature is too high, so the reunion phenomenon is serious, the electrochemical performances of the materials is relatively large, affect the service life of the battery.
For the three samples, from burning 9 hours to 12 hours, the value of I(003)/I(104) is in a gradual increase, compared to the samples with burning to 22 hours and 12 hours , the value of I (003) /I (104) is reduced, it also explains the12 hours of calcined sample dislocation is less, lattice is more orderly, and crystal generates better. 2.3 Effects on the materials by cooling and ultrasonic wave decentralized processing Self-cooling and ultrasonic wave decentralized processing have significant effects on electro chemical property of materials.
And this method makes the reactants more superior and the presoma has superiority. 2.4 Observation of morphology of LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 by SEM Fig.3 SEM chart of LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 Scanned by electron microscopic of LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2, it shows even uniform, particle agglomeration of moderate size, granules are essentially the same shape, so the materials are ideally. 3 Conclusion So anode material prepared by coprecipitation method has the advantages of itself, uniformity granule and fine layered structure as well in considering various kinds of influence factors on synthesis method of optimization, testing by XRD, SEM characterization .It can play maximum properties of the cathode materials.

However, tensile strength of fibers is affected by many factors, such as the temperature and concentration of coagulating bath, the negative draw ratio of spinneret, and so on.
factors and levels are listed in Table 1.
Table1 Coupling state of factors and levels Levels Factors A(%) B(%) C(℃) 1 50% 80% 25 2 40% 70% 35 3 30% 60% 45 All the results at each step of the design are expressed as the mean of three experiments.
As shown in Table 2, according to the Rj values, the effect order of the three factors is: A > B > C.

These properties could be accomplished by a series of several technological precautions, one of which is the composition of the concrete mixture itself.
These properties are vital for the construction of white boxes.
A number of factors, such as properly designed construction and its flawless implementation, as well as the proper design of the concrete mixture composition itself, ensure the hydro-insulation property of a functional white box. [1] Properties such as low water absorption, high resistance to groundwater penetration under pressure and low volume changes are extremely important for these types of concrete.
The Analysis of Used Additives The experiment verifies the basic properties of hardened concrete associated with the water impermeability of white boxes.
These properties are shown in the diagram below and in Table 1.

In order to balance the mechanical properties or stabilize the microstructure of the superalloys, active elements such as Ti, Cr and Hf are usually added in most type of superalloys [1-4].
It has the advantages of high temperature strength, good comprehensive properties, stable structure and good casting property.
The infiltration depth of high temperature molten alloy to ceramic core is influenced by several factors, such as the contact angle between molten alloy and ceramic core, the infiltration time, the saturated vapor pressure of alloy ingredient, the porosity of ceramic core, the interface reaction between molten alloy and ceramic core.
Therefore, the main factors affecting the infiltration of molten alloy to ceramic core are the evaporation diffusion of alloy ingredient, the porosity of ceramic core, and the infiltration time.

Introduction Film technology is very important for improving the properties of materials.
It can solve the contradictions among the material properties [1,2].
According to the above-mentioned experiments and simulation of μLSP, the RSM was used to analyze the process parameters (laser power density I, laser spot diameter d and the number of shocking n), the three factors were independent and defined as X1, X2 and X3, respectively.
The 3D response surface figure and contour line analysis figure were fitted, and the influence of each two factors on residual stress in TiN film was investigated, shown as in Figs. 6a-c.
In order to seek the best combination of each factors, the regression equation Eq. 1 was treated by the math methods, and the code of variables (X1, X2, X3) was calculated to be (0.93,-0.11,0) according to the extremum equation.

To achieve overall service performance requirements, higher mechanical and fatigue properties may also need to be considered.
Experimental Procedure The material used in this study is a martensitic stainless steel whose chemical compositions and mechanical properties are listed in Tables 1 and 2, respectively.
Namely, it is considered that compressive mean stress delays crack initiation and suppresses crack propagation properties.
In this case, the notch factor of D10 is 1.165.
Effect of compressive residual stress on fatigue properties improvement of rolled specimens is much higher than that of work-hardening. 4.

Fatigue damage is one of the important factors which affect aircraft life, and which more than 80% occurred in the joints of the structural elements of the aircraft.
Every hole is one of the fatigue source[1],so using longevity joint technology to improve the structural detail’s fatigue properties, mainly adopting split-sleeve cold expansion and interference installation system at the mainly bear frame to enhancing the life and decreasing the weight.
The fatigue test results were statistical analyzed in normal distribution and according to GJB/Z 18A-2005 ‘Data reduction and presentation of mechanical property for metallic materials’.
The stress condition and the surface quality of the hole’s wall are improved with cold expansion, which also enhance the property to resist fatigue and corrosion.
