Controlling only one selected product property can impair the other properties.
The speed of the crashing car has been identified as one of the most important factors for injuries.
Economic factors, such as the sales opportunities for a product with the corresponding alternative design as well as production costs, can have an impact on this assessment (with further references: [12, recital 18]).
It is particularly important for components affecting safety that consistent quality is achieved.
Therefore, these properties were at least monitored implicitly.

Fuel-air mixing is important process in diesel combustion which significantly affects the combustion and emission of diesel engine.
These kinds of emission formation are greatly affected by spray atomization.
Precise optimization of the fuel injection, spray atomization and fuel-air mixing are among the fundamental factors that control the combustion and emission formation[4-5].
Difference in droplet size, with the larger droplets of RO have bigger kinetic energy and the not easily affected by air entrainment.

Structure reliability is affected by corrosion under both static and dynamic actions.
The lack of painting closely affects the reliability of the structure [4] , so that the maintenance process is crucial.
In particular, depending on the corrosiveness degree, different typologies of atmospheres are defined in [8] , whereas a corrosivity classification system to assess the influence of various factors on the damage process is provided in [11] .
The models were calibrated using an equivalent material achieved by interpolating the features of mild carbon steels and weathering steels, the latter appropriately used for structures in historical sites [25], so to have mechanical properties similar to those of wrought iron alloys.

Effects of Slider Geometry Change on Helium Filled HDD Mongkolwongrojn, Mongkol1, a,Kuanoon, Kunchit2, b 1,2Department of Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, 10520, Thailand aemail: kmmongko@kmitl.ac.th, bemail: kkkunchi@kmitl.ac.th Keywords: Modified Reynolds equation, Finite difference method, Helium filled HDD, Slider geometry change in crown and camber.
The dimensionless general modified Reynolds equation can be written as , and (1) and (2) The boundary condition are given as (3) where is the bearing number, U is the slider’s velocity, L is slider’s length, is reference spacing FH, is ambient pressure, is the Knudsen number, is the mean free path of gas and is the Poiseuille flow factor based on linearized Boltzmann equation can be written in equation (2) and the power-law formula can be used for the viscosity of the gas and the temperature written in equation (1) Fig. 1 The model of magnetic slider Fig. 2 The crow and camber of head slider Table 1 Properties of gas (Standard Pressure 101.325 kPa Table 2 Dimensional and calculation and temperature 273 K) parameters For the slider head in steady equilibrium condition, the force and balance moment equation can be written as , (4) The Slider curvature in slider length direction and slider curvature across two diagonal
It can be seen that the film pressure of gases between the slider and the disk are difference that affects to the flying height as shown in Fig. 4.
The change of slider geometry in crown and camber affects significantly on flying characteristics of slider head on the rotate disk.

Introduction Reliable operation and easy installation of pre-molded cable joint is the key factor to ensure the safety of electrical transmission.
Therefore, the interfacial stresses directly affect the surface discharge level of cable insulation, and to keep an appropriate value and uniform distribution of interfacial pressure will lead to good dielectric breakdown strength and reliable long-term performance of cable joint.
An axisymmetric simulation model of cable joint is established by using finite element software Abaqus based on the cable insulation, silicone rubber and semi-conductive layer material properties shown as Figure 1.

The mechanical behavior of rubber material is expressed in terms of strain energy potential U=UF, such that S=∂UF∂F where S is a stress measure and F is a measure of deformation.

Analysis Principle of Kinematics Based on Multi-body System Theory In the field of mechanical processing manufacturing, some parts of the elastic deformation should be considered in the dynamic analysis of high speed and high precision machine tools.
Fig.1 Description of flexible body From the Lagrange equation with multiplier, we get the flexible body motion differential equation: (1) where,M is the flexible body mass matrix;K is the generalized stiffness matrix of a structural member which is corresponding to coordinate q in modal system;fg is gravity;D is the symmetric matrix which is constituted by damping coefficients ,ξis the generalized coordinates;Ψ is the constraint equation;λ is the constraint Lagrange multiplier; and Q is the force applied in the ξprojection The Establishment of The Machine Dynamics Model Five-axis CNC Machine tool is a complex mechanical structure.
Its structural dynamic is one of the key factors which affect machine performance.
In order to reduce the influence of the flexible effect on the dynamic property of the system, it is necessary to improve the original structure of column[2].

The stress caused by current impulse is an important factor in PRMMC’s failure.
Thus, it is significant and valuable to study on the mechanical properties and micro-damage mechanism of PRMMC in current impulse.
Liu et al used multi-particle model to investigate the thermo-mechanical behaviour of PRMMC[5].
From this Fig., it can be seen that the temperature field is affected by the interference of particles and the highest temperature exists in the matrix between particles.
Temperature and stress are affected by the interference of particles, but the interference distance is shorter.

Modal models are commonly encountered forms of dynamic characterization of mechanical structures.
Due to the best statistical properties relating to the measurement specificity, H1 estimator is most often referred to [2].
The example set of natural frequencies and modal-dumping factors related to them is presented in the table 1.
As it has been discussed before, it is assumed that the excitation is a white noise affecting evenly the whole structure.
Methods discussed above were applied for the identification of dynamic properties of foundations and cantilever structure of turbo-generator.
