Introduction
Quantum dots (QDs) have been explored in biological fields recently because of their unique size-tunable photoluminescence, especially as a new type of labeling and sensing material for biological research.1-4 And compared with traditional organic fluorophores, QDs also show lots of remarkable spectral features such as high photostability, narrow and symmetric emission profile with a broad excitation range, high quantum yields, large molar extinction coefficients, and etc.2, 3 However, QDs have the following problems in practical applications, i.e., stabilities in harsh environments, ultra-sensitivity of the fluorescence to the surface states and quantum dots’ photo-oxidation.5, 6 So coating QDs with inert materials could be one of the possible approaches for solving these problems.

The present technological development makes us to find and fabricate new materials to replace existing materials.
Also, the need for environmental friendly, easily biodegradable material plays prime role in determining the raw materials.

The die failure begins from the surface, so, for the purpose of
saving energy and source and exerting full potential properties of materials, surface modification
treatment on H13 steel die is necessarily been carried out as the key method to increase the service
life of die.
The materials synthesis and synthetic materials sediment can be simultaneous, the ceramic phase is synthesized by in-situ synthesis with a fine grain size and the bonding with metal substrate is good[12-16].
Experimental procedure The raw materials for preparing coating include: powders of 30-50 µm Mo、40-60 µm Cr、30-50 µm Ni and 50-70 µm Fe,as well as 30-50 µm FeB.

Introduction
Spunlaced nonwoven fabric is the preferred one-time materials in medical service domain and has been taken great attention all over the world.
BP neural network model In the actual production of spunlaced nonwoven fabric, generally by experience or tests to finally determine the quantitative ratio of raw materials and the surface density .Empirical method was too subjective and the test method required a lot of time, human and material resources[3].
