On the basis of measuring tetracycline front teeth L, a, b value range (L value 42.33-77.00, a value 0.69-9.60, b value 2.67-31.50) [8] by the Chinese and the selected four group data from the measuring L, a, b values collected from the clinical tetracycline tooth, utilize the professional software to create colorful background, then print out and plastic seal as tetracycline abutment tooth.
All specimens were ultrasonically cleaned in distilled water for 10 minutes and dried to be free of dirt and grease (Kang Jie, Dongguan, ultrasonic equipment company, Ltd).
Rinse with tap water for 30 seconds before place in the ultrasonic vibrator to clean for 10 minutes with ultrasonic.

Because of involving different professions, administer departments and much contents, it results in complicated professional technical integration and coordination management, it is necessary to bring into effect green building for the sake of goal of progress, quality and cost, green technology functions, etc.
The actual effect of green building implemented is displayed by data of operation, management and third-party testing, which involve the building’s power consumption, water consumption, utilization index of non-traditional water etc.
The appropriate management systems and manual are set up, which are energy conservation, water management, supplies management, green management system to develop energy, water and resource conservation-related regulations and the use of appropriate incentives.

For instance, we set up a simple solar hot-water bottle for bath water of the employees with hot water in the course of construction, shown in fig.1.

My perceptions of the biohydrometallurgical field span four decades and stem from being
a professional microbiologist conducting academic research and research for process development
and applications.
The rock material was irrigated with mine tailings water, containing 10 5 A. ferrooxidans/mL the mine water also served as an inoculum.
The source of these moderate thermophiles was thought to be the mine water used for irrigation.
Some lessons that a professional microbiologist learns from process development for the mining industries are: • The development process requires time -- years to a decade or more can elapse from process inception to process implementation

In recognition of our local industries’ need for professional engineers with engineering practical ability, real projects based on industry application provide a means to teach students many of the skills they need to succeed after graduation [1-2] .Students can see trees of application in process control using PLCs as well as a whole forest by completing the project step by step.
This kind of design experience may be changed to design other similar control system used in other industry field such as water process plant.
High pressure water descaling system has two basic running states: unloading with low pressure and descaling with high pressure.
System start with low pressure unloading state, a pump operate at low frequency , the unloading valve is open, water from high pressure pump returns to the high water tank through the unloading valve and thus no-load unloading is realized.
The water is returned to the tank through the unloading valve.
This kind of design experience may be changed to design other similar control system used in other industry field such as water process plant.
